the hotel is very well located for Chinatown, a very small walk and easy access to the monorail, however the staff are relatively useless, I called from my room on the 14th floor to ask if a restaurant opposite, visible through the front window is open, and the staff member told me to check Google... couldn't even look out the window... another time I asked for a pen to be sent to the room because it didn't have one, I waited more than 30 minutes only for housekeeping to bring her pencil and no paper.... it's all right for the price but don't expect anything too much and you won't be disappointed
