The hotel is cool, I definitely want to stay at Kempinski again.

Best hotel staff and service 🙏👍🇲🇨

It was a truly enjoyable stay at the Kempinski. The hotel and rooms are luxurious, and the staff are very friendly. However, the breakfast menu could be improved and offer a wider selection of dishes suited to Indonesian palates. The food is also prepared with more care; some dishes seem to be just thrown together.

A little over priced for the lack of service, compared to other 5-star hotels. Variety of food not so much and service staff not so helpful. I booked at app with Bundaran view but the receptionist gave us back view. Moved us to another room because of plumbing maintenance and promised to give us free access to the lounge, but when we claimed we didn't get any. So annoying, feels like a second class. The only good thing is being able to taste the legend bubur ayam.

The staff are professional and friendly. The strategic location connected with Grand Indonesia mall is really convenient. Good for business trip or staycation or if you want to shopping without experiencing a traffic jam. The room is clean, well arranged, great amenities, and comfortable. As for the breakfast buffet, it has plenty selection of international and local cuisine. Taste great and have a good value. Overall, I'm satisfied with my experience staying here.

Excellent location, room so comfortable

Strategic location, friendly staff, delicious food.

Breakfast can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children under 12 years old. At check out time, a request for late check out because I wanted to pray first was very kindly accepted. The staff kindly explained that all mini bars are free and can be refilled if needed. Unfortunately, during breakfast, the black sticky rice porridge and bread pudding were cold, and the heater was checked and not on.

All the staff were very helpful, friendly, and kind, and the service was second to none. If you're on holiday with your family, Hotel Kempinski is the best. The food is delicious, the hotel facilities are complete, and there's a playground for the kids to keep them entertained and enjoy the hotel facilities. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-appointed. The place is comfortable. At the start of the new year, I had a staycation at Hotel Kempinski Jakarta. The view was stunning, the location was strategic, and my children and siblings were all happy. Thank you Hotel Kempinski.
