Staff are very helpful. You can hear noise from other rooms.

It was a decent location near transportation and a good walk to beach. Breakfast options didnt change much and there was often no seating and running out of some of the foods but we were there during Carnivale when extra busy. This place was a good price during this time but i would choose elsewhere if i came again.

The location of the hotel is pretty nice, at least for us, not far from the beaches (3 of them). Close to Subway aswell. The hotel is a bit old and dated, one of the lifts was not working, but everything was pretty clean. Room was ok, decent beds, but def not the best i’ve slept at. No soundproof at all so if you want to sleep and there are noisy guests around (our case) you are in trouble. Staff was good but could have dealt with our problem mencioned earlier in a better way, despite my wife telling them that plenty of times (like 3 at least). Breakfast was pretty good.

Loved this hotel and stayed twice. Ivan at the front desk was the best. The rooftop pool was always quiet and great to hang around at.

Had a great stay at this hotel and keen to come back. The pool was lovely, the breakfast plentiful, cocktails delicious and well priced - just under 30 for a caprihinia. Good location for sunset or dinner options. Best of all were the staff who were super friendly and helpful, really appreciated them.

Unfortunately the hotel os very old and is in very poor condition. The bathroom had black mold in the grout and had a smell of sewerage. Our A/C unit leaked water and was extremely loud so we had to change rooms. The next room had a plugged toilet…. Fortunately the front desk people were very accommodating. I’m guessing they are doing some renovations because we could hear the very loud sound of tools and workers early in the morning. The location and water pressure were the only positives and of course good staff. We would not stay here again and it hurts me to write this but I have to be honest about our stay. No value here considering the price.

The staff was very friendly and the breakfast buffet excellent. The location is convenient to both Copacabana and Ipanema. My only quibble is the room did not contain a trash can and the bed was slightly lopsided. Otherwise this was pleasant stay.

Nos quedamos en una suite. Muy cómoda, cama grande y para los niños nos acomodaron dos camas en el segundo ambiente. Muy linda y cómoda. El desayuno estaba bien, tenía una variedad aceptable. La piscina un poco pequeña. La ubicación uno de los mejores puntos. A tres cuadras de Copacabana o tres de Ipanema. Justo en el medio. Un hotel al que volvería

While the best thing about this hotel was it’s daily breakfast, that was the only good thing about it, in my opinion. The property was partially renovated. Some rooms were completely renovated others were not. Electrical outlets didn’t consistently provide use for changing devicesI was in one of the partially. The towels were dingy and looked unclean. The television remote was not reliable…overall, the hotel was subpar in my opinion. I would never stay there again and would not recommend it to my family or friends.

Room was only ready 1.5 hours after check in time. Bathtub had black mold in it. We were moved to another room because of this but that room had no soap in the bathroom, safe was not reset and the room smelled liked chemicals. Breakfast was decent. Staff took my concerns but didn’t do anything about it. Would not recommend.

Wonderfull place

Staff is very friendly. We felt welcome as soon as we walked into the hotel. Room is nice and clean. Only downside is that you can hear the toilet flushing and shower running from neighboring rooms. Great location with plenty of food options. Walking distance to the beach.

Very polite and nice staf. Breakfast a little bit boring, too much sweat. Somehow bad condition ceilings in bath rooms. Air Condition too loud pn 2.nd floor but upper floor more comfortable👌.

Excellent service and facilities, very good location to the Copacabana and Ipanema beaches and a very delicious breakfast with a variety of options to choose from. Highly recommended!
