Excellent customers service, breakfast buffet,pool,clean,very friendly and kind with people around.

I didn’t receive any of the vip access upgrades

I stay at Barranquilla Plaza every time I visit Barranquilla, and it continues to be one of my favorite places. The staff is truly amazing — some of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. Their warmth and professionalism make every stay special. The food is consistently very good, and I’ve always enjoyed the variety and quality offered. This time around, I did notice that the lobby could use a little TLC — maybe some refreshing or updating to match the high standards found elsewhere in the hotel. But honestly, that’s my only critique. Overall, Barranquilla Plaza remains an excellent hotel, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. Can’t wait to come back!

The property was fine overall. Location was great and convenient for my needs. Unfortunately, the wi-fi was absolute garbage - the 2.4ghz network worked intermittently with my laptop. I had to use my cell's hotspot for a reliable connection. The breakfast was good, but not the best offering when compared to other Barranquilla hotels. The hotel's restaurant was fine/convenient. The room was spacious and comfortable.

The property in some area need to be fixed

I recently stayed at Hotel Branquilla Plaza a, and overall, I had a fantastic experience.

The way the bell boy received you And how they treat you at the reception

I was eaten up by bed bugs. I INFORMED STAFF THEY CAME AND SPRAYED BUT DID NOT CHANGE ANY SHEETS OR ANYTHING. I never had a stay like this here.

The staff are outstanding. The internet through the building is terrible.

I stay here all the time for many years. Great place but the downside for me is the VIP services is not automatic and always a discussion about it at checkout . The other thing the wifi is always slow.

Good hotel in a good area with nice restaurants, within walking distance to two good areas to go out (La 88 y La 44). Friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast buffet was not great but good enough. The Wifi is not great and the cable comes and goes a bit. The cleaning staff do a good job even though they make you work to get fresh towels and more toilet paper. The pools are nice and clean. Good hot water and water pressure in the shower.
