The location was alright. The breakfast was really good. The thing I dislike the construction they had on the same floor.

This hot, el was my go to property on our visits to Sao Paulo (normally about once a month). Unfortunately the hotel has been getting from bad to worse. Now they only clean the rooms once every three days. Any additional cleaning before the three days is subject to a charge. The hotel may be under construction as for the second time , I woke up and there was no running water. Out of three elevators one is out of order and another one has a dirty construction cover. At least three times I had to go back down to get my card keys reprogrammed as they stopped working. Very inconvenient as sometimes trying to go down to the first floor took a while due to the heavy use of the elevators. Due to the age of the hotel, they do not have the luxury of cleaning the rooms every three days. Breakfast buffet is great and very complete. Cleaning ladies are very friendly. I sincerely hope they get better as the hotel is centrally located close to restaurants and transportation.

The internet was horrible…..but all the employees tried to help me changing my room but it didn’t work… All the Employees were awesome .

It was centrally located too many places in São Paulo

The location is very convenient to many wonderful restaurants. The property is hugely outdated: holes in stained curtains, bedspreads, mold in bathroom, tiles coming off in shower, air conditioning that leaked into room. Rude breakfast/buffet staff, good breakfast; property holds firm to 2:00 check-in, any arrival before that requires a wait in the un-air conditioned lobby until then.

Unfortunately the Hotel is very old and needs urgent renovation. Rooms are very dirty and there aren't standards at all. After complaining few times I have been moved to other room with better condition, but overall the Hotel need urgent improvement, would not return.

Hotel needs to be remodel, bathroom faucets leaking, TV wasn’t working and internet too slow.

Eles me cobraram pelos snacks e e drinks, sendo que não tinha menu dizendo os preços. Eles disseram que tinha um QR code porem o QR code não tinha menu e nos cobraram 170 reais. Uma as coisas q tinha na lista pra pagar no checkout era 1 barrinha de cereal da mais barata possivel por 22 reais. O quarto tinha cheiro de poeira eu e meu namorado ficamos doentes. O café da manhã não é tão bom e quando chegamos nosso quarto estava sujo.

The entrance to the hotel ia really nice, but the rooms are outdated, bathrooms are old, we had water leaking into our room.

This hotel was great. The breakfast was great. Also the room where very comfortable. The hotel is well located near everything

For a nice hotel they supposed to have an better breakfast variety, room service and also room upgrading (renovation)

The staff is nice location is nice too but the presidential room was a bit dirty. It needs Maintence the ceiling looks like it needs repairs. The couches were very dirty all stained they need to be deep washed.

Super old hotel, smoking is allowed everywhere and it smells like cigars all over the place. There’s water licking in the shower and sink.

The hotel is centrally located in downtown Sao Paulo. There are many dining options. Rooms need to be updated. During our stay we had to go down to the reception to have the electronic key reprogrammed as they constantly stopped working which was an inconvenient. AC in the room was great. They offer breakfast buffet and restaurant is open for lunch and dinner as well. I suggest placing cards on the dishes to know what you are selecting from the buffet.

Bathrooms needs work to repair faucet due to water leak and mold around bathtub.

The hotel is centrally located in the Sao Paulo historic area. Several restaurants close by. I noticed water leaks in some areas. The faucets are hard to close completely. The room was comfortable and the breakfast buffet had good options.

Great stay!! Coming from United States, I thought this hotel offered a great deal. Room was clean, hotel was quiet and complimentary breakfast was amazing!! Definitely highly recommended!!! You can actually walk to anywhere from here but Uber was very cheap too.

Breakfast is good but almost every room in the hotel is under construction. Had to change room but that did not change my experience still. I think expedia should not advertise hotels until they verify that certain standards are met. Otherwise, it may be false advertisement that is deceptive.
