Always a great choice for a staycation... but the AC isn't optimal. It actually makes you sweat. 🥲 It probably needs some work.

Improve cleanliness even in the basement

I got a non-smoking room, but they told me there were no more available. But still, I don't smoke, and it was uncomfortable. The air-conditioned room was hot, and even on the lowest setting I was still sweating, making it even more uncomfortable. The water heater wouldn't heat up. The TV remote was a bit faulty, very difficult to press. I was told that check-in was at 1, and I also told them that I was checking out at 1. But then, they called me twice while I was still sleeping. Then, around 12:30, housekeeping suddenly entered my room. There was no knocking, no problem, and they just walked in. How did they know it was housekeeping? Because they heard the sound of a trolley in the hallway. No, sorry, just "eh/oh" and then closed the door again. It looked nice, but there are many hotels, even better, even 3-star hotels. Oh yeah, it was late at night when I checked in because I'd just finished a party, but the front desk wasn't very friendly, with their legs stretched out on the bar stool. I know you're tired, but it was so unpleasant to look at. Thank you🙏

Traveloka is very reliable, safe and comfortable

The hotel was quite nice. I asked for a replacement electric kettle late at night because it wasn't working, and the staff quickly replaced it. The AC wasn't cold enough, perhaps because I was in a smoking room. Overall, I had a good stay at this hotel.

The room is quite spacious, clean, and has strategic access.

The staff was very friendly, and when I entered the lobby and the hotel room, it smelled very nice. The room was VERY spacious. I just happened to get a room with a dim bathroom light, so it was a bit dark, except for the light from the sink. Overall, the hotel was nice. There's a cafe too.

The service was very friendly and very good, but the only thing missing was the cockroaches and the towels that looked clean but still smelled.

Hopefully it will be better and cooler
