The staff were helpful in moving us to another room due to a bad odor in the original room.

Great Business trip! Staff here was excellent and the room was very clean! Would definitely recommend this place for anyone on a Business trip or Vacation!!

The first night was ok but the second night we had outage middle of the night and room was so hot and we couldn't sleep and also I was working on a project on my laptop and couldn't finish it because it was dark and exhausted due to being so hot.

Stayed here during our house sale and it was great. Safe helpful and room clean. Breakfast was basic but filled us up.

Ice machine on floor was broken. AC unit in room was too humid. Room very clean. Staff pleasant.

Hotel needs upgrades, my rooms air conditioning went out after 2 hours. Was given as new room? But Air conditioners are loud. Ceiling in bath on 3rd floor shower shows there was a ceiling leak. Repairs were badly done. Overall hotel was clean.

It was hot outside and the room was not cooling down. I notified staff because the thermostat on the wall was missing lines to be able to tell what it was set on. We turned it down to 67° and it still was not cooling down the room. The area by the fan by the wall had soaked the carpet. I got my house shoes soaked when I walked in the area. The staff was notified of the problem and she said that she would notify maintenance. But it did not make for a pleasant experience when it was so hot out!

Quiet location

Overall , OK, but three issues: Noisy HVAC, not just from my room but from all the ones around it. When they turned on and off , loud noise all night long. Cold air blew up and right onto bed, so you were either warm or too cold. Sticker on mirror in bathroom said daily room service for towels , cleaning etc. Nothing done first day, and when checking at the desk they said service was every other day unless you asked. It was stupid to have a sign up saying daily service if their policy had changed.

I stayed once a week the last 3 months, they are always very friendly, clean rooms and quiet, I don't usually do reviews but the are always great so this time I took the time to give 5 stars Great Service!
