Excellent and good price.

Very nice staff and clean rooms

The staff were great and the hotel has big rooms! The only thing is that the prices for a water (CHF 4) AND breakfast (CHF 35/person) are way expensive. You better eat somewhere else. ;)

Lovely hotel, up the hill, but close to city centre

Delighted with our stay, great staff and great destination for a quiet rest. The hotel is ageing but maintains a unique cachet! We ll be back

Very nice and friendly

Staff was very helpful. The rooms were clean and the pool was great. Park Hotel Principe is a sister hotel to the much more elegant Park Hotel Leopold across the street. You should definitely walk over there and enjoy the view from the bar. Bar / Bistro is still very expensive but the view is awesome.

Not a good stay

This is a self service hotel and it took me 20 minutes to find my room. There is absolutely NO signage. The room was large, slightly tatty and reasonably comfortable. The breakfast was nice and the staff were polite. I can't believe they don't leave a map to show where rooms are.

Wonderful staff. Clean rooms and quiet

Views were fabulous

The room itself was excellent, very spacious. Bathroom was outdated and couch was old. Hotel is a bit dated as well. Parking was not well defined, but was in attached garage. Main issue was lack of onsite front desk personnel. We only saw someone there when we checked in, and then no one for 3-days, including at check out. Assistance was a phone at front desk. This is a satellite to luxury hotel across street.

The room and the bathroom was very clean and big. The pool was about 30 degrees and very clean. The breakfast was excellent.

Big rooms. Very friendly. Lovely pool and a great gym.

Beautiful

This hotel might used to be in the 4 star rating category, but that was at the time I went through potty training. The price is not justified at all, no parking spaces available, self-checkin, heater broken, balcony a joke, bathroom not clean at all. Very disappointing and I will be looking into a full refund.

Big heated swimming pool was great! Very spacious rooms! Comfortable bed.
