Dirty, staff was pleasant, breakfast was below expectations

Great value. Telephone was broken, and no towels. Breakfast was pretty good.

Dirty, old. You pay for what you get. Don’t expect luxury. Room was old, drain smell. I did not enjoy this stay.

We showed up to check in and waited almost an hour before we were given our room. Only one person was working the front desk. Then we get to our room and it was dirty, no toilet paper was there. We got our second room and the WiFi doesn’t even work. There is very limited plates for breakfast. And to top it off they have a list of tv channels that you can’t use. I do not recommend booking here. The only save it has that it’s close to the beach. But it was super inconvenient to book here

The service delivered is not what was purchased. Our experience left a lot to be desired, more details below: 1. The double bed is an arrangement and not a real double bed. As a result, I woke up with a lot of lower back pain because the bed split in half during the night and I slept in an uncomfortable position, causing pain in my spine. 2. The curtain on the bedroom window is very worn and looks dirty. 3. The bedroom door does not close smoothly and always scratches when opening and closing. 4. It offers a minibar it works, but the drink options are very limited. 5. The hair dryer has not worked for years, as far as we were able to find out. So they offer a hairdryer for use for a maximum of 30 minutes that needs to be picked up at the hotel reception. 6. they offer car parking service for a daily fee, but we always need to call someone else to open its door to get in/out of the park. For late night arrives this puts us at a security risk situation as we need to wait outside for someone to open parking door. Next time I'll look for other options and we do not recommend this business.

Very old property

Beds were hard, windows didn’t close, mold on the shower, bathroom was damaged and safe hazard because all their windows are open

Overall everything was good but the only thing that i think was bad is lack of communication at concierge. Parking Lot was supposed to be included but wasn't at all. Bad move on their part. I would like to be informed ahead of time.

The staff is very pleasant and polite, but the structure of the building itself is very old and needs some upgrade asap. In Brazil, it's by law if any of the clients would like to visit the kitchen to see how the food is prepared to have free access, I requested to take a look and was denied by the management. From that point on I never touched the food from that place, and the breakfast was included, I did pay to have my breakfast someplace else.

Great location in most touristic neighborhood of Recife, 1 block away from the natural pool during the low tide of Boa Viagem.

The hotel was fine however they didn't have any towels in the room, the bed were covered with a plastic sheet which makes lots of noise when u on it and the bed itself wasn't comfort at all. Breakfast was meant to be served from 6:30, however they only had one guy organising it, so it took at least 15-20min to have everything ready.

Old and dilapidated building that needs a lot of refurbishing. Don't stay here.

O hotel está bem caído, tudo está em mau estado . As paredes parecem sujas , as toalhas brancas são quase brancas e muito finas , os colchões carecem de estrutura , e o quarto tem cheiro de umidade . O chuveiro é muito bom . O café da manhã é completo mas bem espartano. O preço da estadia é barato, mas deve-se adicionar os 25,00 reais do estacionamento num prédio velho caindo aos pedaços ao lado do hotel ....

Hotel básico, camas de mola mais deu para dormir, café da manhã péssimo, limpeza ok, quarto espaçoso, ar-condicionado péssimo, antigo e faz muito barulho, quem tem sono leve não consegue dormir com ele fazendo barulho a noite toda, é um hotel básico, ficaria la outras vezes porém o café da manhã foi o que mais deixou a desejar.

Boa estadia, o que eu naogostei foi o café damanha muito fraco no besse hote, javfiquecem outro da redece o cafe e muito satisfatório.

Excelente custo benefício. Pelo preço foi uma ótima estadia. Café variado e ótimo atendimento.

Café da manha péssimo, nem manteiga tem, atendimento péssimo, funcionários mal humorados, estacionamento pago por fora sem prévio aviso e acesso ruim. Positivo: Localização

O quarto estava com o ar Condicionado quebrado, quando trocamos de quarto, a cama quebrou ao sentar, fui na recepção solicitar uma colher para fazer o leite do meu filho, me falaram que não tinha. Tive que sair e ir ao Habibis ao lado, lá eles me Deram
