My sister and I stayed here for two nights. We chose this hotel because it's very close to the MRT station, making it very easy to access. Another plus is its proximity to popular Blok M eateries, which you can visit while strolling around in the morning (although many don't open until later in the day). Unfortunately, our room didn't have a window. There was also no separation between the toilet and shower, so the floor was wet after showering.

1) When checking in, the staff's attitude was very bad, he remained sitting/didn't stand up & greet the guest (I greeted him first), he only wiped his eyes with tissue, which looked a little red. 2) When I asked if all my payments were done, he said it was done, then I signed on the form & I got 2 key cards (that day I booked 2 rooms via traveloka). 3) At 23.30 there was a call to our room, I heard the voice of a male staff, who said that I hadn't paid for 1 room (paid at the hotel), he asked me to pay that night too. I was very angry & disappointed with his treatment, because his call disturbed my & my family's rest, why didn't he contact me before break time, or the next day. Then I told the staff that I would finish it tomorrow. 4) The next day at around 8 am, while we were still resting (because I couldn't sleep again that night after getting a call at 23.30), the staff called again & asked me to finish the payment, then I told them that I would finish it when I checked out. 5) When I checked out, I met again with the female staff who served me when I checked in, then I expressed my disappointment & anger at her bad attitude, not checking first whether I had paid for 1 room (pay at hotel) & instead giving me 2 key cards, so her friend (male staff) called me at 23.30. Instead of showing guilt by apologizing sincerely, the staff argued that yesterday she didn't see that there was 1 pay at hotel room. I was very angry because I had entered my card number in the Traveloka application, so when I was at the hotel, the staff said it was done, I thought that Traveloka had automatically debited my card in the Traveloka application. 6) In addition to the bad attitude of the staff, the condition of the room looked very shabby, the color of the sheets was not clean white, the wardrobe looked damaged, the curtains could not be closed properly, the bathroom floor was dirty, the towels felt rough, there was no lock knob in my child's room & when opening the door (connection) closed the TV on the wall.
