The staff is really great, friendly, and helpful with check-in. Check-out was very easy. The food is good, with a lot of variety. The location is really great, with lots of street food and easy access to everything. I love it, I'll come back again if I have time off in Jakarta. Hey, I'm using it!

Tried a staycation here because I'd booked Nihao Dimsum the next afternoon. So far, it's been really enjoyable. The room is also spacious and quiet.

The hotel is nice, only the water in the swimming pool is a bit cloudy, if possible the swimming pool should be cleaned more often.

The room size was very good, decent, and to my liking. My issue was the fact that there were renovations/repairs taking place on that floor, meaning trying to maneuver in dust every time I wanted to access my room or the lift. Loved the variety of food being served, the staff are very friendly and accommodating.

The staff was very friendly and very comfortable. The breakfast menu was varied and the taste was okay 👍. The hotel and rooms were very clean. Easy access. There are many ATMs and Kalimantan culinary spots around the hotel, so it was convenient. However, the 6th floor was a bit noisy (there were knocking sounds, probably under renovation).
