The place was actually nice, but I got the bungalow suite in 307. The entrance was actually located under a large bamboo tree. It wasn't very comfortable, especially with sensitive children. The result was that I intended to sleep well on vacation, but I couldn't sleep at all. Just a suggestion: the room door should be positioned to the front, rather than making it look like you're entering through the back. It's really scary at night.

The staff is friendly, and it's close to tourist attractions. Entry to the tourist area is free, but the receptionist didn't tell me that I had to top up my phone before entering, so I went back to the hotel to top up. Overall, it's great, especially the breakfast at Kintamani's restaurant. It's delicious, no doubt about it. It's simply delicious.

The hotel is very comfortable and child- and adult-friendly. The cool atmosphere and warm sulfur pool are great for your health. The staff are all friendly and helpful. It's clean and smells great.

Highly recommended, making my husband's birthday memorable. The best! Especially if you stay here, you get free access to Sari Ater tourist attractions. It's also kid-friendly. Sari Ater Hotel & Resort exceeded our expectations from start to finish. The staff and management were absolutely wonderful — kind, honest, and always attentive, going out of their way to listen, help, and accommodate every request. It's rare to find such consistently genuine hospitality. The room was spotless and well-appointed, making for a very comfortable stay. The food at the restaurant was excellent and varied, offering a great mix of traditional Indonesian dishes alongside international options, so there was always something new to try. The natural surroundings are another highlight — lush greenery and flowing streams throughout the property create a wonderfully peaceful setting, perfect for unwinding. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions like Tangkuban Perahu, making it a great base for exploring the area. Considering the level of comfort and service on offer, the price is very reasonable — genuinely great value. The highlight, though, was the hot springs. It was a truly unique and unforgettable experience, and one we'd happily repeat. Overall, a fantastic stay that we'd recommend without hesitation to anyone visiting the area.
