Everyone is friendly, neat, and the service is very good.

The room smells of Baygon. But the room is okay, it's clean. The food is delicious.

Very nice, very comfortable... I thought I would only get breakfast, but it turns out I also get dinner.

A perfect place to relax from the hustle and bustle of Jakarta, friendly staff, delicious food, clean, comfortable hotel, but very cold.

The hotel staff is friendly, but the room is not soundproof, maybe because there is a connecting door.

A memorable family vacation at the cottage, everything was great, comfortable, and clean. The kitchen was stocked with tableware and cooking utensils, even a cutting board and knife. The heated swimming pool was right in front of our unit. But I regret not bringing a hair dryer from home because it wasn't provided in the unit we chose, hehe. Thank you Ciater. We'll be back soon, God willing.

This is the umpteenth time I've been to Sari Ater, the atmosphere is cool, the breakfast has a lot of variety, basically if you want a comfortable atmosphere plus complete facilities, just go to Sari Ater

very pleasant and relaxing even though it was only for one night, dinner at the Kintamanis restaurant was quite filling but the price was a bit expensive hehehe, soaking in the hot spring pool at night made stress disappear, the hotel room was quite comfortable even though the view yesterday was of the parking lot hehehe, unfortunately for access to the 2nd floor of the hotel room there is no elevator so it is not comfortable for the elderly to go to the 2nd floor, breakfast had a lot of variations and made me full until the afternoon.

Fun, clean facilities with easy access, friendly and very helpful staff, want to come back again, hopefully I can get the promo
