very pleasant, especially when checking in, on the schedule at 16.00, at 13.45 the room was ready, you could check in, special requests were fulfilled, breakfast was delicious with lots of variations, the room was spacious plus on the top floor the view was good...

The hotel's location is strategic, as it's in the same area as Ciwalk. The hotel staff is very friendly, and the breakfast is varied and delicious. The room is quite spacious, but in room 603, the bathroom floor is slippery and the toilet is crusty. Otherwise, everything is fine. If we return to Bandung, we will definitely stay at the Sensa Hotel again.

Our family stayed here for 3 nights. Everyone was happy, the room was clean and the staff was friendly.

You can't wear pajamas to a restaurant, do you have to wear a kebaya? Bringing a child to a restaurant will get you charged. Can a 7-year-old and a 13-year-old be allowed to go out without their parents? Are they willing to take responsibility? Make flexible rules so they don't act like they're possessed.

+/+ Friendly staff, delicious food, great mall access, clean room _/_ Crowded restaurant + hot, it would be good for the receptionist to note down guest requests so that they don't have to request the same thing 5 times or better yet say it's not available/can't be fulfilled, if the shower is broken, it should be replaced or repaired

the experience of staying at sensa was very pleasant. the room is big, comfortable and clean. the location of the hotel is inside the mall. the mall is also quite big and there are many famous restaurants in it. I will definitely stay at sensa again.
