The staff we could not fault, very helpful and always a smile. Our room was dated and it seems the hotel doesn’t have any rooms with walk in showers and as we our in our late 70’s we do struggle having to step into a bath to shower. The worse thing about the hotel is its coffee. What they provide in the restaurant was un drinkable. The food was ok but hot plates to keep food are needed and a cool fridge is needed for cool food. A fan really isn’t the correct thing to use. Hence unless you managed to time it right as the hot food was put out very often it was luke warm. The pool bar was a little better but gave up after day 1 on the coffee. There are plenty of sun beds around pools and garden areas. Over all we did enjoy our stay but improvements need in restaurants and bedrooms. Also when I returned home I found that one of my purses was missing from my case, fortunately there was only25€ in it !! Hotel is in a great location on the beach with a lovely promenade. There are shops and bars close by as well.

Excellent hotel with wonderful facilities. Staff exceptionally good. Good variety of food. This hotel never disappoints.

Staff were amazing, very helpful and friendly. Room was very large and comfortable, we had the jacuzzi room. Massage from Theresa was wonderful. Buffet and restaurant were varied throughout the week and tasty. Staff at the restaurant were great too. Very nice family friendly hotel

The staff made it 5 or 6 stars! So friendly and could make recommendations.I have told others already and I just wish I could've shown each of them how wonderfully amazing they made my first visit to Spain memorable!

Nice hotel but very little to do in the surrounding area and very little in the way of evening entertainment

Besides the some staff on the buffet restaurant the rest of staff is insufferable, they all seem to be doing you a favour, absolutely zero effort to make your stay the best possible, the a la carte restaurants booking system is a joke and I had my check in delayed 30 mins. The entertainment is probably the worst I have seen and at the kids club they basically left my son behind when they went to do some activity with the rest of the kids.

Nice hotel, although little worn and not maybe fully 5 star worthy. It would have been great if the pools (or at least one) of the outdoor pools would be heated. But it was nice to have small indoor pool (spa area was not open for kids). Food was good and kids club and entertainment very nice! Right next to beach and boulevard. Nice shops and cafes nearby.

Muy buen hotel, todo el presonal es de 10 de amable y efficiente (desde recepcion, comedor,spa). Siempre por ti personalmente. La comida muy buena, con rincon cena tematica cada noche. En general esta todo muy bien pensado hasta en los pequeños detalles que mejora muchissimos tu estancia comparado a otros hoteleles de la zona. Ej. Herbidora con té,infusion,cafe en la habitacion; tombona confortable, bien aislado, ect... Minibar (aunque en 9 dias no me reponieron lo poco que he bebido). Un solo punto negativo el suelo de la habitacion era sucio y nunca fregaron.

C’est pas un 5étoiles au mieux un 3.5 étoiles. La nourriture correspond a celle d’une cafétéria et non un 5étoiles. Les gens sont gentils, mais le service n’est pas constant.

Hemos pasado unas fantasticas vacaciones. Todo el personal es muy atento y agradable. Todas las comdidas estaban riquisimas, con mucha variedad y poca fritanga. Ademas, uno de mis hijos tiene alergias y estuvieron muy pendientes de que todo estuviera apto para el. Las piscinas son muy divertidas, sobre todo para los niños y la habitacion enorme. Lo recomiendo 100%

What an amazing hotel! I've been to all inclusive 5 star holidays before and this definitely matched them all. The lazy river was probably the best part of. The hotel as you could swim in it for hours. Staff were so helpful and friendly, beach on your doorstep and every room had a view. Only 1 thing we were disappointed with was the Italian restaurant - we were told we were allowed 1 meal during our stay- we were really looking forward to it but was very dissatisfied due to lack of options on the menu and the food certainly NOT Italian (I know, as I'm Italian myself), cheap flour like parmesan and a asparagus pizza with no asparagus on. That was the only bad thing. Everything else was amazing, a beautiful resort and only 30mins from the airport, they kindly booked our taxi to the airport for a fixed €50 price. Highly recommend to all couples and families to visit Roqetas De Mar.

Great service in the hotel, very relaxing stay. Good all inclusive option and used Asian themed restaurant one night. Not hi g was too much trouble for staff, all very professional.

A great experience

O hotel é bem localizado. Nós temos a reclamar do chuveiro .A banheira é muito estreita, e em um canto dela vaza muita água para o chão. Precisa de reparo. Toda a noite tem show noturno que vai até quase meia noite e é muito barulhento. Estes shows são na area proxima da piscina e como tos os quartos ficam voltados para ela não se consegue dormir antes da meia noite. E um hotel muuito grande, com muita gente e muita criança ! Não é recomendado para idosos, como nós!!!!

El personal muy professional y muy simpatica te tratan como si era familia. Todos muy bien. Un pequeño punto, la piscina es demasiada fria para disfrutar de las instalationes exteriores tipo spa. El spa interior con suplemento tampoco esta muy caliente...
