Perfect place to stay for a few nights to explore Malta. Very clean and good location. I'd recommend this especially for couple. However, we were at the top floor right below the pool area and you get woken up with the sound of moving chairs and pool beds very early in the morning which is why I didn't rate it full stars. Don't get the floor below the pool if you're a light sleeper.

Modern and clean hotel that was well situated. The room was very comfortable with all the amenities. The hotel also had a washer and dryer for guests to use which was very convenient. The location was perfect as it was just far enough from the craziness of Paceville yet still centrally located. It was surrounded by many restaurants, supermarkets and shops. Enjoyed my stay.

Great hotel in St Julian’s. This was the perfect base for us for our trip in a very well connected location and lots of amazing restaurants and bars to choose from. The hotel itself was lovely. Very spacious and clean room, which was seen by house keeping everyday. We opted for breakfast which was a great spread, and would highly recommend. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Would stay here again if we come back to Malta

Great hHitel with very friendly Staff

Location was superb. Bar and nightlife across the street and a 10 uber/bolt ride to Valletta.

This was my first visit to Malta and the Onyx Hotel did not disappoint. The hotel was exceptional. the staff was pleasant, attention to detail, and very welcoming when I asked questions on places to eat, etc. Mohammed was very memorable with his kindness I recommend The Onyx 09/10 . I would have given 10/10 however the breakfast was not the best in my opinion

The Onyx was a perfect place for my stay in St. Julian’s Bay. Super clean, quiet, and beautiful, modern accommodations. And very reasonably priced compared to nearby hotels. The bed was super comfortable and the hotel was in a great central and secure location. The pub next door has amazing meat pies! The rooftop pool would have been nice to enjoy, but I was not there during swim season apparently. (And ot was a bit chilly) The shower was nice and had great water pressure. And I enjoyed my week there. The staff was always friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay again next time I come back to Malta.

Staff were lovely and very kind. Clean property.

Breakfast was fine. But dining room was very cramped. Pool was tiny and not heated. Was pit there as an amenity but was just a pool for a soak not big enough to swim in. Room was great but sadly, windows werent sound proof so we were kept up by clubbers coming home and woken up by the building site next door at 7.

Stayed Room only in a Nomad room,.worth the extra to get the space and outside terrace. Came with a fridge but could do with a microwave. Location is great, on the bus route away from the busy area nearer St George but can be noisy at night with usual city centre noise so bring earplugs.
