The hotel staff was friendly, helpful, and enjoyable. Especially Corinne and Nadine and Miguel. The place is remarkably well kept. Everyone greeted me to enjoy myself. Absolutely wonderful place to call home for a ski vacation. Outstanding continental breakfast, great on-site restaurant, super clean, incredibly friendly staff. Ski and boot storage, and the free in town bus stop is 100 steps away.

We were able to check in early, which was a big plus. Plenty of parking was available. Food at the restaurant was good. Communication was a bit of a challenge, since we spoke English and the staff mostly spoke French but there was a man at the bar/restaurant who spoke English. The elevator is a bit small and the winding road to drive to the hotel was a challenge but the place is beautiful up in the mountains.

Found the property older than expected. Room was dark. Reception staff good. Dining room staff OK but seating for dinner was challenging because wouldnt allow us choice table we wanted in an empty restaurant. Bar staff bit serly.

A great hotel in Crans Montana. Really nice staff. Beautiful Mountain Views. The property has aged but is well taken care of. You can feel the good vibe of a family run business. Would return !

We loved this property. The staff were very friendly and the rooms spacious. We had a very nice meal in the restaurant and breakfast each day was well done.

Lovely location but bed are hard and drools get really hot at night. Otherwise staff is amazing and food beverages are great. Pool area is also very inviting. Very cute overall

I didn’t like the room at all. It is horrible. The heater in the bathroom where you hang the towels was really dirty . I had to clean it myself to be able to put there a cloth that I washed. The service of the lady at the breakfast was the only highlight. She smiled at me and was nice.

Clean and spacious room; good breakfast and restaurant; staff very friendly and helpful. Will definitely return for another ski trip there soon.

Overall, it was a good deal and the hotel was typical Swiss experience - clean and well maintained (little aged), but overall good. The restaurant was excellent and we had a great meal there sampling wine. The breakfast was basic continental. They were helpful booking taxis and recommending restaurants. The location is great for the zip line and lower lake experience - about a 20 minute walk to Crans and a bit further to Montana center. Only complaint was the pool - it was not well maintained (cloudy/green) nor heated and they charge you to use. Lastly, we had the family room which was very convenient for a family of 4.

Very disappointing on many levels. Bathrooms old, noisey and badly ventilated.

Great experience at this hotel. Friendly staff, free shuttle service, and lots of advices that made an excellent stay. Also got best deal with Expedia.

From arriving to departing, the staff were fabtastic. Very helpful and knowledgable. The rooms were comfortable snd breakfast goos and plentiful. The shuttle service was excellent even picking us up anddropping off at the funicular. Lovely staff behind the bar and restaurant also.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here- beautiful setting, everyone was so helpful. Transport was really great. Bed comfy, room had everything we needed and had a fabulous view from the balcony. Really good hairdryer. Loved breakfast. Lots of lovely restaurants in town - didn’t get chance to eat at the hotel but food looked good.Will definitely return.
