Great service, the AC needs to be upgraded to an old model, the menu in the restaurant lacks variety, otherwise it's ok

The staffs are friendly and helpful. However it located in a narrow street, enough for 1 car.

The hotel staff is very friendly, really like home.

Lokasi hotel ada 2, yang ini di belakang pullman. Plang hotel kecil jadi suka kebablasan. Semuanya 3.5/5, untuk makanan mohon agar lebih variasi lagi, karena lauk berat hanya 2 menu saja.

Hotelnya overall bangus nyaman dan bersih. Saya senang menginap di sini selama 4hari 3malam. Hanya saja 1 yang kurang dari pelayanan kamarnya, selama saya menginap, handuk dan keset kaki di kamar saya tidak di ganti sekalipun. Padahal kami nginapnya 3hari. Tapi selebihnya saya nyaman dan senang stay di sini 😊

1 manajeman tp beda kualitas pelayanan. Saya puas dengan fourteen roses yang di legian, tp tidak dengan fourteen roses beach yang di gg intan. Nginap 2hr semua staf nya terburuk, yang sedikit baik staf laki² tp staf perempuan jutek, apa karena kita lokal di remehkan bgtt. Welcome drink aja ga ada, Brekfast roti dan salad aja. Kapok.

Tempatnya masuk gang kecil belakang pullman. Dekat sekali dengan pantai. Kamar cukup luas dan nyaman. Kamar mandi perlu diperbaiki/diperbarui.

Lokasi sangat dekat dengan pantai kuta, cuma sayang kebersihan kamar dan tempat tidur kurang bersih.

The toilet is jammed, the AC is not cold, the hot water is not on.

The first day we stay, we were given at 3flr with very bad room, then tomorrow morning we complaint to the receptionist then they moving all our stuff when we are out to the ground floor in front of the pool. Then we are happy.

Room nya bersih, kolam renang nya juga bersih, nyaman untuk stay bersama keluarga dan dekat ke pantai.

It's nice to be close to the center of Legian by Bali.

Book a two-room hotel, only give 1 room. Room is dusty. Ac Off. Dirty toilets.

Hanya buat masukan, kamar lembab karena mungkin bekas pandemi, closet tanpa shower, (agak ribet buat orang Indonesia) selebihnya menyenangkan, staffnya ramah semua.

The room smells musty, the television needs to be replaced, the towels smell musty.

Kalau bisa -1000, akan -1000 untuk ini hotel. Dateng dalam keadaan hotel mati lampu gelap gulita. Kita disuruh nunggu genset -+ 10 menit. Ga diarahin kamarnya di mana, masuk ternyata hotel lama, TV masih tabung, WC duduk tapi tidak ada shower untuk basuh, jadi basuh pake shower tarik dari bathtub, pagi-pagi pintu kamar mandi kekunci rusak, nunggu alat engineer nya hampir 30 menit. Mereka ga punya alat even buat benerin pintu kamar mandi. Telepon kamar ga bisa digunain, jadi kalau butuh apa-apa turun langsung dateng ke bawah front office. 1000% ga recommended!

Very strategic location in the city center. Near restaurants or mini markets. The hotel is clean. The staff is friendly. All the best.

I checked in at 10 pm. Dark is very dark. Like there were no other guests besides me. Even though in the photo it looks very, very good (eats ads). Entering the room, I'm not surprised if the furniture is old, including the TV with conduit. No problem. The problem is the bowl closet is very dirty. It's like a public toilet. I want to complain, I'm just really lazy because it's really late, my body is tired to complain. Actually concerned about this hotel. Like being neglected and may be very badly affected by the pandemic. Hopefully in the future there can be improvements so that many guests stay at this hotel.

The place is clean and very comfortable for resting with family. The location is also strategic.
