Area around too noisy

The staff, definitely

Good as always.

Nice stafff big room. Club zone and old facilities

Photos were deceiving as our room has not been updated, the windows were crusty, ceiling had stains, and walls had peeling paint. We checked out early and are hoping to get a refund as the room was not as shown. Lobby was nice and breakfast offered fruit, eggs, rice and other Colombian staples.

Everything was stellar except for the hot tub…. Extremely clean. Great view of the mountains. Worth the money. Everybody was really nice. Would definitely stay again

Staff is friendly and helpful

Super noisy. Construction going on during the day which made it hard to relax. There was a metal vent in the room that made lots of noise in the middle of the night from the rain. Bellman was really helpful though.

I had an amazing time at Hotel Lincoln. The location is amazing but the staff are the real highlight. Angie thank you for always being so friendly, Cezar the hardest working guy in there (give that man a raise!), Lucana every morning greeting me so positively with breakfast, and the front desk staff of Jorge and Richard were very helpful with anything I needed. The place was under construction so it can get noisy during the day and my room did have a leak... twice. Again, not reflective of the staff but of the building. I would 100% come back. Thank you guys!!

The staff is very nice and excellent costumer services but the only bad is the breakfast is terrible very poor and we need to wait for a person give the food I we like to take the food myself the receptionist is very nice person

Everyone at the hotel was very friendly. The hotel always was clean. I really recommend the hotel, I am planning to came back next year.
