This is my second time staying here. I love it. The Staff is amazing.

Lovely property and great staff. There is a bus stop near by and they also help shuttle you to the Gstaad train stop. They have a lot of small touches that you don’t find often these days (like in room breakfast option, water and nuts upon arrival. Would stay again for sure!

Lovely spot in Gstaad - very friendly service and great location

It was just OK, breakfast and spa below average for a nice hotel and quite expensive. The first room they gave me didn’t even have a working shower…and no view. Then they changed to a better room but it was just not too good for the price

The hotel is so cute and quaint. Great for families. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend. Short walk to town.

Amazing, cozy hotel

Family owned property and was it wonderful! Relaxing! The staff was amazing! The spa was amazing! The restaurant was delicious! Near everything!

The hotel is very charmant. Clean, elegant and next to the cable car.

The staffs were very nice and friendly. They upgraded our room for free. The view from hotel room was stunning. Restaurant has fresh and delicious food.

Great stay! Everything was well organized, staff was helpful and accommodating, facilities and room were a delight. Very clean and comfortable room - loved the pillows, and first time we’ve ever seen them fluffed up to resemble mountain tops. Innovative! The hotel pick up at the train station was invaluable, as the hotel itself is a ways off from downtown - but the location added to having a quiet and peaceful stay.

Great hotel, great service, good food and friendly.

We had a wonderful stay at the property. Location is great - walkable to the centre but also a bus service hourly which can take you to town and also to Glacier 3000. The food from the restaurant is amazing - some dishes are the best I have ever had (considering I can fault dishes very easily). My toddler totally loved the indoor and outdoor play area. The staff are fabulous and welcoming - they would cater to all requests immediately and are very accommodating!! Thank you. We look forward to visiting again! Regards, Ishita.

We had an amazing time at Arc-en-ciel! The property is very clean and nicely furnished. The location is great and we enjoyed a wonderful view on the surrounding mountains. We appreciated the facilities for kids and the family-friendly atmosphere. The staff has been very helpful and friendly. We definitely recommend this property!

We stayed in Gstaad for five nights before spending a few more in Zurich. We absolutely loved our time in Gstaad. We came for the skiing and we will certainly be back. The staff at the hotel were so friendly and accommodating. It was also a surprise, but highly pleasant that the ski rentals for my wife and I were included in the cost of the stay and the ski shop is right across the street. This hotel is perfectly located at the base of the Eggli lift giving access to this half of the mountain. The other half is a short train/taxi away. The hotel is also walking distance to numerous restaurants and shops. We had an amazing time and we will be back!

We had a fantastic time at the hotel and where looked after amazingly well by all the staff. We would definitely visit again.
