Friendly staff and location is perfect close to the slopes - the lockers located next to gondola made it very easy with the ski equipment.

The location is closed to the main cable car station, just 3 mins walk. Very clean and comfortable. The design of the shower room is not very good, I have to put my clothes and towel outside the shower room otherwise all will get wet. I suggest the shower room should install a space for towel. The ski locker area is convenient but there is little bit dark and also the ski room is not as good as the signinahotel’s ski room. The price is little bit expensive because there no service and facility for the apartment.

Excellent facilities and staff who was kind and took the time to explain why our booking via third party was generating some surprise and questions. Very helpful and kind! We will surely be back again

Excellent location to ski school and ski runs. Beautiful location and accommodation. It’s just like it looks in the photos- spectacular. Small grocery store and bakery are 1-2 min walk so it’s easy to cook dinner, breakfast in room. Check in is at a different hotel which was a bit confusing. Note- Extra 25 chf pp for linen and 185 chf cleaning fee🙁. Overall a wonderful stay- highly recommend.

Very nice resort. Many great summer activities for families with little kids right in the "village" of the resort. It appears to be a summer destination for Swiss families; there were not a lot of other tourists. The room ("apartment") was architecturally very cool which we liked but, in some cases to the point of being not very functional. For example, the windows only open a few inches (and no A/C). The bathroom with shower didn't have a real door and therefore not complete privacy. The room also didn't come with some basics like kleenex or soap, but did have a kitchen. I think many families must bring a lot of supplies with them for their stay. Loved the surrounding hills and activities including trekking and mountain biking. The gondola was a 1 minute walk. Despite the few quirks, I'd highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent accommodation but resort a bit dead, lots of shops not open and restaurants deserted. We had a compulsory 90chf cleaning bill added before paying which was not included in the search comparison cost which I think is slightly dishonest and also excessive as some of our cutlery and crockery was dirty and greasy. t

We had a fantastic family holiday in laax. The apartment was perfect. Great design, ultimate modern living right next to the slopes.

Best equipped self catering apartment I've ever used. Good quality cookware and sharp knives! The steam bathroom is amazing and the location is very convenient for bars, slopes and lifts. Would love to revisit in the summer

We stayed in the summer and hiked the mountain peaks in the ski area. The hotel has very nice rooms for families that include a kitchen, living and dining area and 2 to 3 bedrooms. There are also single bedroom units that are less spacious. Complex consists of several building and there are restaurants, shops and food markets located at the base of each building. Good variety and quality of restaurants. Very family friendly area for kids of all ages. There is an indoor freestyle park next door with indoor ski/snowboard jump, skateboarding park and trampolines to practice riding and tricks.

Het was de derde keer dat we hier verbleven. Altijd tevreden geweest. In dit appartement waren het wel slechte matrassen. Mijn rug ging eraan kapot. Voor de rest weer ok zoals altijd. Enige minpunt is dat het daar heel duur is om daar bv iets te drinken of te eten. Maar dat is Zwitserland natuurlijk...

Wir reisten in der Zwischensaison an. Es waren 3 Restaurants im Resort offen. Dies hat aber absolute gereicht. Das Zimmer war einfach, aber sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Überbaung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir empfehlen das Rock Resort weiter!

Sie waren in der Vorbereitung für den Winter. Somit fehlten die Trampolin und das velo förderband. Aber sonst die Lage ist top Das wellness erinnert an ein Krankenzimmer und eher klein

Es war vom ganzen gut. Das einzige was ich bemängeln kann, aber nur ein kleines Detail: ich hatte keine Seife beim Lavabo.
