Great location, service, and cleanliness. Excellent staff and breakfast.

O quarto simples não é tão confortável então pedi para mudar de quarto. Porém o frigobar não funcionava e estava enferrujado. Os funcionários são de extrema educação e a localização é ótima. Voltaria com certeza!

Went to Vitoria on a business trip but stayed two extra days to visit the city. The hotel is across the street from a clean beach, where you can go swiming. It is also very close to nice bars and restaurants. The staff is pleasant!

This small hotel on Camburi beach is clean and well run. The staff is excellent. Some speak English and all extremely polite. The room is small but clean. The food selection at breakfast is very good, with lots of healthy options. The best breakfast in a small hotel I have had in Brazil. If I stay on Praia Camburi again I will stay here.

It's an upscaled Best Western (as evidenced by the still-monogramed linens... Good location, helpful staff. The room needed some TLC but otherwise very comfortable and clean. Would return.

Very bad wi fi service ,

Upon arrival, I was greeted by name. I was immediately made to feel welcome by the front desk staff. I arrived early, but the front desk person said they were just finishing getting the room prepared and would I mind waiting a few moments. I waited long enough to get familiar with the wi-fi(free) in the hotel and they had the room ready. I believe they gave me the best room in the hotel! Absolutely great! Everything they said it was going to be. If there is one negative, I would say I would have liked larger windows for the beautiful view, but other than that, the room, adjoining sitting area and bath were all sparkling clean and pleasant. The hotel itself is quite clean, but I have to mention the hallways and elevator area- they were not as clean as the room. The coffee area and breakfast was adequate. Checkout was easy, quick, professional and friendly. I would give the hotel 4 stars out of five only for the lack of cleanliness in the hallways, but I would definitely give the staff five stars and it is because of my experience with them that I would definitely return.

From the original price booked for 1 night.. they charge me 1 and 1/2 night for 11 hours stay in...The front desk is unable to understand my request since the beggining .. they use to call ...daily use.. even explaining 3 times she charge me 1 1/2 night.. Manager has mentioned he was able to cancel the bill and charge the correct price but after a week without any contact .. I called him.. and for my surprise...he mentioned he was unable to correct the problem... D...keep away from this kind of problems in your trip

Simplesmente o hotel me entregou um quarto de solteiro ao invés do de casal que eu havia reservado. Me cobrou pelo quarto de casal antes de subir, quando cheguei no quarto vi q não era o correto. Desci e comuniquei, o atendente foi debochado e falou que o hotel estava cheio e era isso. Que se eu não quisesse era só cancelar, como se uma hospedagem fora do meu estado fosse uma compra de uma bala. Equipe completamente despreparada, gestão totalmente amadora e padrão pessimo! O hotel não fez contato nem para pedir desculpas ou explicar!

O hotel é bem localizado, com vista para a praia. O café da manhã é bom, com várias opções. Recomendo

Quarto limpo e funcionários atenciosos

A experiência foi péssima desde o primeiro momento. A atendente, embora esforçada, era despreparada para a função. Fui alocado em um quarto depreciado! Piso soltando, frigobar enferrujado, enchoval com manchas e quarto com odor de cigarro. Solicitei a troca do quarto e me colocaram em um "menos pior". Enfim, de todas as minhas viagens a Vitoria, este é o pior hotel! Para ser considerado ruim, precisa de algumas "reformas". Poucas vagas de garagem (os hóspedes tem que contar com a sorte), café da manhã bom, porém ambiente congestionado. Enfim, péssima experiência! Tenham respeito pelo consumidor! O hóspede chega e quer um ambiente digno e confortável e o hotel NÃO OFERECE! Treinem a equipe! Melhorem a estrutura!

Recepcao e otima, mas os quartos cara de velho. Merecia uma pintura. Roupa de cama um voal, dormi por cima de tudo. Banheiro ok. Cafe da manhã simples.
