It’s 2025! There should be fridges in rooms now!

The hotel is perfect to be at the airport for your next morning flight, would not want to be there for a vacation cause of location but I was surprised of how nice and convenient the hotel is and the always available airport shuttle (3 minutes to the terminal) is very convenient

Perfect for transition to or from the airport

I booked a non-refundable stay in the morning, sent message on Expedia to properly two hours later asking to cancel because my friend was ill, no reply, of course got charged. No class.

The check in staff is not very welcoming, though they did hold my luggage until check in. The room was clean and the bed was good. The area around the hotel is just a bunch of rental car outfits and it’s extremely inconvenient to even get to a convenience store. There are zero dining options other than what is at the hotel. At least they have a complementary shuttle to the airport. Trust me, you do not want to walk it.

Staff, Service, Amenaties, Location, Comfort were all Great, Very quiet even as close to the airport (5 minutes walf or use the free shuttle service), Just perfect for catching your flight or just arriving

I liked the convenience of staying at the airport. The hotel was clean but looks aged. The reception staff need some training in hospitality and making the check-in process pleasant and cordial. Few items on the restaurant menu were not available. Overall, the hotel is good for airport convenience

The beds are very firm, sheets were scratchy and not enough blankets. Although you can see the hotel from the airport there isn’t really a safe walking path from the airport to the hotel. Take the shuttle, although the instructions weren’t clear when I called for the shuttle so I tried to walk. Not speaking español well was my barrier.

The hotel and staff were lovely. Not extravagant but lovely. The area surrounding it is pretty desolate.

It's quiet I'll give them that. And convenient to the airport especially if you have an early flight, plus the shuttle goes on demand and is available. Otherwise the hotel has a bunch of flaws, the doors weren't builr right and stick the shower door doesn't close all the way springing water all over the bathroom, the staff made us sit in the lobby for an hour before they would let us check in, even though the rooms were cleaned and available. They're sticklers for little details. The breakfast is pretty basic, but it does have some hot scrambled eggs. No toast or fruit.

Clean, friendly joyful staff and free 2 min shuttle to airport. Showers were warm and clean after our sea kayaking trip

Quiet and no noise from aircraft.

The bartender was amazing. He will get food for us from the restaurant and also helped us with any questions that we had very kind and generous.

Room was a good size, clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable. Had a great restaurant and bar on property. The only issue, very low water pressure on the sixth floor. It took ten minutes to get enough water flow to take a shower. Also, water temp never reach more then warm.

It's very close to the Airport.

My initial reaction to the hotel was bad, but it wasn't the hotel, it was two ladies at the front desk, and how both handled our request for an early check-in... by less than an hour. Everyone else, the rest of the hotel staff, were very nice, friendly and helpful.

Mice place to “layover” for a flight back home. Very convenient. Bed is comfortable!
