Uncomfortable noise, sounds from outside come into the room, the mattress is uncomfortable.

Dirty, seems the room was not cleaned before I checked-in, cheap room price is not the reason to let the room dirty, run the business like the first goal you aimed. Highly not recommended!

The door is hard to close, the sink is clogged, the TV has no broadcast.

The room and the bathroom are too small. Imagine that you are having shower and you body is leaning against the sink. The worst part is the hotel had no television program but you have TV in your room. What is the purpose of having television if there is no channel to watch? Reason given the hotel management was the analog TV was terminated. WTF.

Not customer friendly. Did not provide good facilities during registration. Just a pretty picture, but not as beautiful.

The corridors were so congested. With family members the environment were not suitable. Even the Exterior image shown at web were totally different with the location and also, when we ask about the car park, the hotel staff advice us not to park our car at the hotel car park because there’s no security, and it’s not safe to park our car there and advise us at night time, if there is any car Park infront of the hotel it’s better because they only has a security guard at the entrance.

Better inform if the room has no windows.

Close to the beach, but low ceilings.
