Breakfast was very poor.

Dinner was awful, never have it at the hotel! Breakfast is decent.

We loved this hotel. It was large and spacious, unlike lots of European hotels. It was classy and reflected the grandness of the 1920's which made it fun, Will definitely stay here again if we return to the area.

Parking was ok Check in was not bad but slow because they don’t use photocopy machine The room was big but totally out of date The bathroom was very old, we saw hairs on the floor The bathtub has no coverage and all the bathroom becomes wet when someone is having shower The bathtub drain was not working properly This hotel must be refurbished totally

I imagine this place was once very Grand indeed, now sadly it's just old and in need of work. We were virtually the only guests there so I expected they would just ask what we would like for breakfast but they just put out a few things and no hot food at all so disappointing really. Rooftop view is great. The room was small and dingy. Friendly staff.

excellent property, great stay in a low season week. only drawback: poor breakfast and no restaurant service due to low season.

Price was fair, breakfast was basic but good, staff was friendly, location is pretty good for food, shops, etc. The room was large and comfortable, but smelled like urine... After the first night we told them that the toilets smelled like urine, they apologized and sent someone to clean it. Unfortunately, a bit after their cleaning it started to smell again, and the smell seeped to the room itself. Was quite disgusting after a while.

We found a half drunken bottle of water in our fridge with a dirty napkin. Our bed had stains in the sheets. The wifi did not work the first day (then when it did, it was only in the lobby). They also denied us an early departure despite the uncomfortable circumstances because it was "high season". The place is in no way a 4 star, take your money elsewhere.

Great Hotel, good surroundings. I only missed that there are only a few restaurants at walking distance ( not considering the Hotels).

Hotel encontra-se em um lugar lindo,com vista para a cidade. Os móveis e decoração são belíssimas. Porém o que deixa a desejar é a limpeza dos quartos. Lençóis aparentemente sujos e cobertas com cabelos. O carpete é antigo. Café da manhã razoável, para um hotel considerado 4 estrelas.

Struttura in zona viva e collegata. Comodo parcheggio in area privata davanti ingresso. Camera abbastanza pulita, ma arredamento anni 80. Colazione potrebbe essere più ricca. Nel complesso è stato un buon soggiorno. Rapporto qualità - prezzo buono.

Hotel maravilhoso, esperava mais do café da manhã , as vezes pode ser por que estava vazio , porém o ralo da banheira cheio de cabelo , e não esvaziava a água

Hotel vecchiotto, personale non sorridente, camera con moquette per fortuna cambiata subito, colazione non da 4 stelle, piscina discreta. Ci sarebbero ottime potenzialità per migliorarlo.
