Room is dirty and toilet is in bad shape. Shower is not working. If you pay more than 20 dollars for this room. It feels like you got scammed. You cannot even call this a hotel honestly. This is not a hotel. Just a room with bad toilet. Only good for this place is everything is accessible here. But I will definitely not coming back here.

Good for bag packers and one night stay.

Hello, they promised of good internet but there is good internet we have worked in the reception area because my room is kind of underground and they don't have any utilities like a kettle or plates or a glass or even a simple thing a bottle of water! And they promised for hot water but actually its not there and because of underground room the reception also very bad! So I couldn't able to have my cellular call and in the morning when I am planning to leave there is no water to take bath and to be honest its the worst experience and ridiculous one too! I feel like they fooled me with some pictures of the hotel to prove their reputation around the internet. But before booking this stay better check some other better options around there in airport! Thank you.

It was absolutely the worst experience ever. No wifi, no refrigerator, the toilet did not flush and there was no breakfast. Not a good value for the money.

Having a good stay. Accessible to anywhere and comfortable space. Malu nga lang sa wifi. But good👍

The bedsheets are not clean. The cabinets are stained. The shower has low pressure. The bathroom is poorly maintained. You cannot get enough internet connection while inside the room. However, the staff are nice and the lobby looks good.

It's a nice hotel though very simple. It is safe and clean and the staff are very accommodating.

The hotel has low maintenance. The bed sheets are so old and the towels. No elevator the painting is so old also that makes the hotel looks dark. But the staff was accommodating. No problem to their personnel. Only the maintenance in the hotel.

Very limited amenities... no free bottled water... may not stay again during my next visit... very poor service.

Hotel staff very accommodating but actual room lacked necessary amenities - no bidet, pressure of water was low. Sheets didn't smell new and bed was somehow stiff

Hi! I booked here because I have stayed with the hotel previously and I found it very neat and convenient since its just a few distance from the airport and my domestic flight the next day is very early. I know it was years back when I first stayed but I still hoped that it was maintained well. Unfortunately it wasn’t. My room was clean although you can see that it aged already. The aircon was beaming hot air and did not show any chance of coldness after 40mins. I finally decided to transfer to another hotel after the staff told me there is no other vacant room. Unfortunately I advanced payment through my online booking so I had to waste money just to find proper comfort. By the way, the staff was very very pleasant. I find the need to mention this. I hope they renovate and reinstate how Island. Stay was years ago.

No wifi during our stay. No elevator only stairs going up

Great. But the Wi-Fi is not in the rooms.

It was clean, safe, and the staff were nice and accommodating. Great value for money. On the downside, the shower was a bit disappointing as the pressure wasn't that strong and it took five minutes for the water to warm up.

It was a nice room perfect for sleeping. The only mishap was the lamp overhead the bed fell out when I turned it on and good thing I was not yet on the bed lying down and I reported it to the front desk and I agreed to let it be taken down. It was good for one person, unassuming bed. The air conditioning was great although the walls were not sound proof I can hear the sound of the tv in the other room. The staff were very polite, helpful and responsive for my late check in and early check out for my first flight in the morning. Very convenient location near the malls and food shops where I shopped and dined and very close proximity to the airport.

Near at Mactan Airport and Mall. Best hotel for travelers who have early flight the next day.
