Staff was supper nice & helpful

Good value. Helpful staff.

It's a nice place. Train station is close because the hotel is kind of connected to it. There's a lot of multistory malls within a 5 minute walk. Lots of places to eat around. The only thing I can think that was a problem was finding the front desk to check in. You have to use the elevators next to the Denny's on the 3 floor. Front desk is on the 6th floor if I remember right. Overall a nice stay!

It was amazing besides room maid didn’t fixed our bed at all. Front desk people were helpful.

Loved how close the hotel was to the train station, maybe about 1 minute walking! The staff were very nice, as well as the housekeepers being very polite. The room was very clean and tidy. And there’s also a lot of things to do near the hotel. Would stay at again!

Very convenient since it's right next to the train station. Bed is comfortable, always had a good sleep. Friendly staff. Will stay again and would recommend.

Great hotel for the price range.

This is a "business hotel" so the room sizes are small and the amenities are minimal. There is very little storage in the room for anything beyond a stay of a day or two, although you can make it work if you're creative. If you haven't been in this type of hotel this can be a little shocking. However the location is amazing with direct access to a major train and bus station (JR Tsudanuma). You can be anywhere important very quickly and with minimal train changes (often with a direct/rapid route if timed well). The area has plenty of shopping and food close by with good service hours. There is a Denny's in the building. The Denny's in Japan are really good with lots of options. The hotel staff is extremely polite and helpful. None of them spoke English fluently but we were able to figure things out with google translate, pointing, and describing. They sincerely wanted to help and were always positive and willing to work to figure things out. They were great folks to work with. While not a luxury hotel this is the best option to be close to Narashino or the surrounding areas. It's a lean and super-efficient hotel option with great staff and a very clean facility.

Great location. Close to many restaurants and stores. Quick access to the JR station. Breakfast was a coupon to use at Denny's or BK. The only thing that was annoying was is that the elevator stopped at 6 everytime. Even if I was going from 1 to 7.

The hotel is in a great location, co-located with JR's Tsudanuma station. There are many restaurants, shops, etc. nearby. The hotel/room itself seems business-oriented, which was fine with me. Everything was clean, and everyone was helpful.

Great location! Very convenient. Helpful staff. Most importantly, it was quiet. Comfortable beds. I miss the washlets... :-)

Hotel situated above the railway station but absolutely no noise. Rooms are good, clean and comfortable. Staff are excellent, helpful and pleasant. There is a free interpreter service which is very handy should language difficulties present. Being above the railway station access is easy and fast. Half hour to Tokyo with JR Rapid train. Plenty of shops and dinning places nearby.

We last minute changed hotels from APA hotel due to its bad conditions, we felt so uncomfortable there and left to Jr East, boy was I impressed! Rooms are classy, clean, modern and neat. Cleaners were very friendly, the service was amazing and the bathrooms are immaculate. They even have a top up station if you need more face wash and razors etc at the reception. Overall amazing stay. Really cheered me up after seeing APA hotels quality.

The air condition in room 803 wasn't cold or strong enough to circulate the cool air around the whole room area. The person using the bed nearer to the door side will feel hotter than the bed nearer to the window side. Probably it's the way the air con vent is built and designed. Overall we had a pleasant stay. Will be back if we are visiting our relatives at Tsudanuma.

Small but clean and very convenient location right beside train station. Lots of food options and shopping.

Next to Tsudanuma station. Has everything you'd want in a room. Comfortable. Quiet. Good breakfasts in nearby restaurants using coupons. I will stay there again.
