館内全体的に広々としていました。大浴場もとても広く解放的でした。お湯もとてもよかったです。

Great hospitality and very comfortable facilities. We were traveling as a family with one infant and were impressed with how family-friendly the whole experience was, including baby bath supplies at the onsen and special baby seats and tableware at meals. The staff also went above and beyond to accommodate dietary restrictions (vegan) for the kaiseki dinners -- we just had to communicate this beforehand. The Tsukioka Onsen town shuttle also made it easy to get there without needing to rent a car. Highly recommended.

Lovely top quality onsen hotel with excellent facilities, dinner and onsen. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Wish I can give six stars rating to this hotel.

Everything is perfect except the breakfast

What an amazing time we had at Senkei. The staff and service are superb, and the atmosphere is pure relaxation. Our initial note about being vegetarian did not get passed along so we thought we’d miss the beautiful private dinner included in our reservation. The chef and team did all they could and it was perfect. If what we had was their “last minute” planning, we can only imagine how over the top delicious dinner could be (although it is hard to imagine it could be better). As first-time visitors, who speak little of the language, to a Japanese Onsen, we could have had a few more instructions on the proper protocol on everything, but everyone was so gracious!!! This is a must stay onsen.

My family and I had wonderful stay at Shiratama-No-Yu Senkei. There were a total of 14 of us staying at the hotel and they provided us with everything we needed. One of our family members had a slight medical emergencies on our last night and the hotel staff were great. The hotel provided us with a new hotel room in the middle of the night while one of the staff members accompanied us to the hospital to make sure everything was okay.

温泉、食事、スタッフ対応等、すべてにおいて、素晴らしいです。また、利用したいです。

たのしかったぁ

夕食も朝食もとっても美味しかったです！ どちらも食べる時間が遅くなってしまったのですが、宿の方が親切に対応してくださり、心ゆくまで味わい、楽しむことができました。 温泉も２つ種類があり、夜と翌朝と2回楽しめます！ 広い温泉でびっくりです！

２ヶ月連続での訪問でしたが、部屋が1回目と同部屋、また料理内容が被らない様になど気を遣っていただき大変満足でした。

お部屋も綺麗で、お料理も素晴らしく、お湯もエメラルドグリーンでお肌ツルツルになりました！ウェルカムドリンクのほかにアイス、お菓子もあるので早めにチェックインするのがお薦めです。

시설도 좋고 음식도 예쁘고 정말 맛있었어요 무엇보다 직원분들이 너무 친절해요 숙박외에 필요한것들까지 친절하게 도와주셔서 너무 감동했어요 호텔형 료칸이라 크게 기대안했는데 온천포함 시설 서비스 음식 모두 대만족이었고 꼭 다시 방문할거에요!

スタッフの方全員が笑顔で、お部屋の案内から食事の説明、帰りのお見送りまで対応は素晴らしかったです。館内は広々と清掃が行き届き、 生花がところどころ各お部屋にもあり癒されました。お風呂も広く温泉も泉質もよくサウナも綺麗で大満足でした。お料理も大変美味しくまた是非家族で利用したいと思いました。

お出迎えからお見送りまで皆さんが心遣いある対応でゆったりと気持ち良く滞在することができました。 また宿泊したいと思います。

施設も料理もスタッフも素晴らしかったです。お風呂も大きく且つ大変清潔でしたが、温泉が露天風呂だけなのがとても残念でした。内風呂まで温泉であれば１００点ですね。
