The location was good, and the check-in and check-out were smooth. Overall it was a good experience.

Quiet, clean and good-service mind of staffs.

Room is clean but quite small and pillows are not comfortable to sleep in.

Actually I live in Kumamoto, but in this long weekend holidays, I just want to do staycation with my kids. For my daughter (4yo), I only need to pay 715 yen for added breakfast. The Kuma room is clean with cute arrangement of many Kumamon amenities. My daughter was very happy staying there.

Come to stay with the school here. Convenient near tourist attractions If you like walking, like Kumamoto Castle, Kumamon Square, Tsuruya Shopping Center, Chitomori Shopping Area etc. and near the tram, which is very convenient To travel to various attractions as well The food is delicious. Fresh vegetables, good quality objects Recommended for this school.

The hotel clean, staff service is also very good, I would like to use the home service, they also help me fill the order stick box, very grateful to them.
