What an absolute haven of tranquility and luxury in the bustle of the medina! The property is top notch, the rooms are luxurious and well appointed. Airport pickup is included which is very handy. The breakfast is sumptuous and you can have it in your room, your terrace or in any of the public areas in the riad! Their restaurant is highly recommended for the local cuisine, it was a shame it was closed on the Tuesday evening when we wished to dine there for a second time!! Their spa is meant to be fabulous although we didnt use it. Going by the toiletries in the room and the hand-made soap I have no doubt that those reviews are well deserved! The best part of this establishment was the service. Nothing was too much trouble from recommending local tours to making dinner reservations. A special shout out to Saeeda who went out of her way to make our stay special! One of the best hotels that we have stayed anywhere in the world!!

Everything about this Riad is refined. They think of everything, there is always someone there to attend to your needs, they insisted on walking us to/ from cabs and dinners which was nice. We did a Hammam and it was a very lovely experience.

This hotel is amazing. It’s so calm in a busy city. It feels home from home. We were spoilt by the staff. We will return.

Amazing little riad tucked away near the souk. Could not have been friendlier, rooms full of character and the warmth of the hospitality was first class. Great little spot and thoroughly recommend!!

The hotel itself is beautiful and clean with great staff. I wish if the hotel was in a different location. It is in old madina, in a part where you have to walk by an unsafe area (especially at night) before reaching the hotel. Google maps showed us that we will arrive by car to the hotel front door, but obviously Google maps is not updates and we had to use Waze. There is a weird tight garage that was suspicious and those who work there have an attitude. They were very rude. We went to check the hotel and left our luggage at car, but decided not to stay. It was unsafe to walk with so many luggages even with the help of the hotel. We didn’t feel safe, so we had to leave and book another hotel for the same amount of nights at this hotel. We came back during the day to stay at this hotel but with a carry on bags for 1-2 nights. The staff did their best to convince us that it’s safe but I couldn’t ignore my gut.

Wonderful stay at Le Farnatchi. All the staff were friendly and accommodating, the room was beautiful and impeccably maintained. So many places to rest and relax within the riad, complimentary mint tea and coffee on request, and breakfast served to the room was an extra luxury. Located a 5 min walk from Place Moukef, staff would come to meet us there if called in advance. Nearby is the Ben Yousef Medersa, several good restaurants including their own, and the north end of the souk. Hammam and spa treatment was thoroughly relaxing. Already planning a return visit.

Exceptionally friendly staff. Helpful from when we got out of our taxi and helped navigate us to the riad at 10pm at night. Hospitable and made sure we had eaten when we arrived. Ordered from the riads restaurant which was very delicious. Arranging cars and trips was seamless.

We had a phenomenal stay at Le Farnatchi. The property is beyond gorgeous, location is perfect, and the complimentary breakfast and canapes were stellar. The real stand out, however, is the staff. Everyone went above and beyond for you - from helping to book cars, dinner reservations, and even escorting us to our cabs so we would feel safe at night/not get lost. We had an INCREDIBLE time during our stay and I truly cannot recommend this property enough The spa is also wonderful. HIGHLY recommend!

I have never encountered such a money hungry, greedy hotel in my life. I was supposed to travel for my 1 year anniversary in March and had booked a 3 night stay. My husband ended up getting badly injured requiring surgery. I asked the hotel if I could get a refund and they refused because I booked a nonrefundable rate but I explained to them I didn’t plan on my husband getting injured and now his surgery is costing me 4k out of pocket and the amount spent on the hotel three nights will help me pay for this surgery but they did not express any sympathy let alone offer any kind of refund. i asked can I get the total amount less a certain percentage if they want to charge a cancellation fee but at least return some of my money. They refused. I then asked if I could get a credit and change my dates to June so that I don’t lose my money. Because of them I am still having trouble finding the money to pay for my husbands surgery and can’t travel to Morocco in June when my husband recovers because they kept my money. I sent them so many emails, called them so many times begging them, crying to them to please just give me something but they expressed zero amount of empathy because all they care about is keeping your money. There are businesses that will easily at the very least reschedule you to come back another time. Even Air Morocco and agafay desert hotel when both were nonrefundable, gave me an option of refund or credit. DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE MONEY HUNGRY GREEDY MONSTERS.

Know before you go so you can determine if a Riad is the right stay for you. The Riad was located in the Medina, hustle and bustle of the old city which at the time when I booked was unaware what the old city consisted of. Your car or taxi can not take you all the way to the door. You will have to park around 5 minutes walk away and rely on hotel staff to get your luggage and chauffeur you to the door.

With exception of one, excellent staff and the problem one was never seen after we asked to avoid them. Property is very nice, quiet, and having our breakfast delivered every morning on our private roof top terrasse was awesome. Overall excellent experience and was surprised that laundry was not charged and delivered the same day. The restaurant was also awesome and very convenient. Highly recommended for your stay in the Medina.

Amazing service and hospitality. As a special touch for my birthday they got me a wonderful cake and all staff signed the card. Very unexpected. Also, a very convenient location if you’re looking for something close to the city center.
