Overall our experience in Hotel Kazimierz was very good .Friendly staff and great hospitality plus excellent breakfast.

Very nice family stay . Nice pool . Good breakfast.

First thing I noticed is that the staff is poorly trained, the ladies at the reception seemed to be bothered by people checking in, not particularly friendly, nobody smiles. Waiters/waitresses also seemed to be unhappy and bothered by people. No one in the spa reception, had to wait more than 10 min and go and knock at some doors for someone to come outside and give us towels and keys to the lockers, also that person seemed angry that had to come and do her job? Hotel is clean, location is good although it can be a bit noisy because it is by the main road. Bed is confortable. Breakfast was OK, good variety of teas, coffee from nescafe machine was rubbish worse than instant coffee.

This hotel is a large modern place converted from a former grainary, with all the mod-cons you could want. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Note that this hotel is a decent hike from the center of town.

Lovely hotel experience, with a nice sauna and spa facilities. Food was good as well with room service. A Hen do was super noisy in the evening at the lobby where our room faced, so we got a free upgrade to a silent room to solve the problem, which was a quick and easy solution for everyone - therefore a good service.

A beautiful building, both inside and out. Very clean, comfortable room. Excellent breakfast buffet. Convenient parking adjacent to the hotel. A couple of small critiques; only one towel hook in the shower room, television could have been larger. One major critique. No effort whatsoever to enforce COVID-19 protocols at the buffet.

The hotel was clean and modern. Our room was 104-very pretty, BUT the bed was too hard. only a very thin topper over the hard box spring.

In the middle of it all stands Kazimierz. Simply wonderful.

Dirty carpets. No shampoo. Do not come before 4:00 pm. They will not let you in. Good place for bigger crowds.

Lovely hotel with lovely room . In relation to resteruant : the food was delicious, the service wasn't so great . One morning 3 out of 4 hot dishes were not available and we had to wait for same to be prepared. When we wanted to have dinner in the restaurant one evening we were told the waiting time will be very long as there are lots of clients - there were not more than 20 people and for such a big hotel it was a bit disappointing. We ended up going somewhere Also there was a wooden palet ? Between the beds that were made to make a king bed - which was a bit uncomfortable - that was in a lux room from which I wouldn't expect it . Spa and swimming pool were very small but we were happy with the massage. Overall would expect a bit higher standard of service and more pleasant and smiley staff .
