Recommended for solo travelers. It takes less than 5 minutes to get to KL Sentral. So it's easy to go anywhere.

Overall, it's awesome to stay one week at My Hotel @Sentral. Room so clean, hot water available, AC so cool, coffee, cream, sugar and mineral water updated everyday, bedding also great. Staffs at reception very helpful, and cleaning services so helpful especially for Rana. Thanks a lot guys for making me feel comfortable during my stay in Kuala Lumpur.

Top location and surrounding situation.

With that price, all is good and near to Kuala Lumpur sentral.

There is no restaurant in the hotel, for eating, there are many local restaurants next to and behind the hotel which are only a 3-5 minute walk away.

The hotel is quite clean, close to everywhere, easy to find places to eat, unfortunately the breakfast is very ordinary.

We booked a family room for one night. The room was spacious and clean, although the ceiling was a bit low and without windows (there was a small window in the bathroom). The bathroom was clean, there was hot water and a hair dryer. The location is strategic, very close to the bus stop to Genting and KL Sentral, just cross the street. Next to the hotel there is a 24-hour restaurant, the nasi lemak is delicious, the cheese toast is also delicious. At night, there is a stall selling burgers in front of the hotel. The meat and sauce are really delicious. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. When we checked out, they gave us souvenirs as a souvenir. The price is quite cheap considering the facilities, with the experience I got, it is very worth it.

Overall it's good, nice, close to KL Sentral, the room is cleaned every day. But for breakfast, it's enough according to the price (not a buffet, okay?)

Too bad the shower head was faulty and the toilet light was blinking but their maintenance personnel is off duty at night. Otherwise the Front Office personnel were friendly.

This hotel has become my 2nd home every time I go to KL. It's close to everywhere. There are many places to shop around. 7 eleven. It's only a 3-minute walk to Nu Central Mall. And the rooms are newly renovated. So it's cleaner and more aesthetic.

Close to everywhere, around the hotel there is a big mall, there are cheap halal and non-halal places to eat. Large rooms, AC and so on, no problems. It's a shame that such a good hotel is minus the hospitality, the staff is totally minus, not friendly at all, mostly girls, even though the location is very strategic.
