Customer service is excellent. They will definitely do their best to give you the satisfying holiday experience. There was a huge mistake in my booking using this app which was my fault but after a few negotiation directly with them, they have found ways to resolve my concern. From the security personnel, receptionist, housekeepers to waiters, I never seen them not in their best and genuine smiles. Also, they were so quick to attend to our needs which was wonderful. The place was at the end of Station 1, a 2 minute walk to the beach past the residential area but the hotel itself is a peaceful and relaxing place. I enjoyed the lush green surroundings and the serenity of the place as If we rented it whole. The beach area is quite far to station, approximately 30min by walk but if swimming is your aim, then you got the perfect spot as it is not crowded except for a very few kite surfers on scene and it is one of the beautiful spots of the white beach. Breakfast food has limited choices but their fresh fruits are a great deal. I understand it though for the reason that it is not a big hotel where a lot of people dine in. It is beside a cemetery which bothered me on our first night but I got used to the thought and wasn't a big deal for me as everything in the hotel was satisfying. The rooms have all the basics that you need but my friendly opinion is that some old furniture could be replaced. Overall, It was a great stay and would definitely be back at The Strands without a second thought!
