I'm really fed up staying here, because I got the corner room number 114. Then when I first opened the door it was really dirty, very dusty. After that the water didn't work properly, the heat was cold. Then it smelled of cigarettes even though there was a sign that said no smoking area. The cellphone signal was bad, the Wi-Fi signal was bad. I asked the receptionist but there was no solution. The TV was really buffering, the room lights were also very dim, many of them didn't work. And there were also lots of animals in the bathroom when I stayed yesterday in the bathroom suddenly there were worms and cockroaches 😭. Please really ask Le Green in Tondano to check the condition of the room first before anyone checks in, so the customer has to sweep and mop it themselves. Just arrived at the inn and wanted to rest but instead had to clean up first because it wasn't clean.
