Considering the price, I honestly didn't expect much, but once I checked in, it was truly substandard. For that price, I wasn't expecting a hotel with a swimming pool or marble floors. All I expected was a clean place to sleep for one night. But what I got was a room with blood-stained sheets, an unwashed bed runner, a poorly mopped floor, and extremely dirty corners. There was a strange, damp smell in the room. The bathroom and sink had dirt on the edges. After checking in, my skin was a little itchy.
Message to the owner: please don't just take money from customers; try to make the rooms sleep-worthy. Please improve management, and re-brief the housekeeping team on room cleaning standards.
