The staff was very nice. The hotel was nice. Breakfast and dinner very good. The smell of the cleaning fragrance very strong. I did not like the area the hotel was in.

Overall the stay was one of our best! However, there are a couple things that could be better. We were called back to the hotel because our dog was barking early evening, but people were allowed to late at night and continued without anything done. The other item was the breakfast - was great, but they need to have a warmer as the scrambled eggs were cold every day!

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a modern vibe. The bedding was comfortable. The bathroom was clean. The room had a small balcony looking out over the front of the Hotel. Breakfast was an Italian-style buffet. The staff was professional and helpful. The hotel is located outside the old city, a short ten minutes walk there. The is a wonderful restaurant across the street, Capriccio Divino.

Staff was super helpful and friendly from the front desk to the breakfast. Special reference to Chiara (frt desk) that was awesome with great tips and making our stay event more pleasant!

Perfect location with 5 min walk from city center. We liked the specious room, excellent service and good food. We can recommend to other visitors as well this nice hotel in a quite neighborhood.

Excellent in all respects apart from the noise audible from inside the room. Gap under and round door and no carpet in the corridor. Might not bother some, but important to me. Fortunately, no rowdy guests and evryone in bed by 11.00.

Great lobby and spacious halls and room. Beautiful breakfast with courteous staff. Very helpful front desk staff. The hotel is nicely located - 5 minute walk to the old town and both the train and bus staion are also within walking distance for day trips to lovely sea towns.
