Clean rooms, very friendly staff and great location

Hotel staff are very nice and helpful. Hotel is very cute and rooms are of good sizes. Tea and cakes in the afternoon, and tea/coffee in the evening are well appreciated. A nice lounge area, and game rooms (one with PS2, and one for smaller children) are also great additions to the hotel. Wifi was usable but unreliable at times. Locker room right downstairs (can use lift) and the free train shuttle to the gondola stops right outside the hotel. Hotel is about 7 minutes walking distance to the gondola. Many restaurants very near by. Bathrooms are quite dated though and too simple. Breakfast was pretty good.

We were there for a week long ski holiday. The rooms and furniture are a bit dated, and stairs creaky, as one would expect from an over 100 year old building. The showers were also not great. However beds, sheets and towels were fresh, clean and soft. Wifi and hot water always available. Every member of the staff was super friendly and helpful, there was a real sense of pride in good service. Special thanks to Arnaud for his brilliant suggestions on the days we couldn't ski. Things to look out for: it is a steep walk up from the train & gondola station, so take the little green train if carrying heavy equipment (it's free, and circles the village every 20 or 30min). Hotel Reception is closed between 1200-1500 hours, and again at night (between 2100-0700 I think?), but there is a bell & a phone in case one needs anything. Views are great, but rooms are not soundproof. You will hear people going up & down the stairs. Breakfast fare is good (the bread & cheese options were excellent), and hot meals can be ordered. Afternoon Tea cakes were brilliant, I regret only going once the entire time. Try not to miss those. Overall, a charming and friendly place to stay.

Fantastic place to stay in every way. Wonderful owners and staff who helped with everything from lending an extra charger, having a room to store a mountain bike (or ski's in winter), to a fantastic breakfast (oh yes, top notch). The restaurant next door (which is by the same owners) made our favorite fondue of the entire trip. Easily accessible to restaurants, the tram, amazing staff, and incredibly comfortable rooms made this a top rate experience. Not sure how it classifies as a 3 star hotel as it is easily 4 star plus in every way.

Overall not a bad place at all, but in comparison within the 8 hotels I've staying in Switzerland, gets the lowest score. My room had a sweaty smell, it's an old building. Room bit small which is normal here. Beaware if you plan to walk from the train station to the hotel like I did, it's all the way steep uphill. Alright for staying, but not my top choice.

A lovely hotel in a pretty village. We were there for the hiking and whilst Champery is known for skiing, it is also good for summer walking.

We had mountain view, nice breakfast, everything was close. Ski team and bus to x country ski. Discount on ski rental at shop close to tram offered by hotel. Quaint

This hotel is great, we felt very welcome. Only issue: our beds were extremely creaky

We had a very pleasant stay in this hotel. Owners are very nice, friendly and welcoming. They serve home made cakes and tea every day in the afternoon for free (from 4 to 6 pm), so nice treat! B-fast was included in our rate and it was really nice too, plenty of fresh choise. Our room was very cosy and clean (we also had a balcony overlooking town and mountains in the distance). There is wifi for free in rooms as well. If you want to ski, it is very close to a cable car taking you up the mountain (you can walk max 5 min downhill or take a shuttle that stops directly in front of the hotel). Restaurants are within a short walk (the hotel has also a nice restaurant). I hope we will come back there one day. We would definitely recommend it.

Unfortunately, there was an error in the reservation process, and the Art Boutique was not able to fulfill our reservation. However, before they contacted us to let us know about the error, they found us a new, comparable hotel of the same class, and reserved it for us. They then sent us a note to explain the error, new accommodations, and were available to help in any way. The new hotel was terrific, and Art Boutique followed up to make sure that the stay was pleasant, inviting us back next time. I was pleased with the way that they took care of the mistake, and would visit them next time. The location and condition of the hotel were great.

The management of this hotel is extremely helpful and goes out of its way to make your stay a pleasant one.

Stunning and incredibly friendly and guest focussed hotel - probably the best in Champery!

we have splendid time for 5 nights in there ,the hotel is managed by avery kind sweet couple and they care about every detail of your stay.

Nous avons bien profité de l’espace spa à l’arrivée et également le jour du départ. Le repas du soir au restaurant était excellent. Le buffet au petit déjeuner était très correct. Établissent avec bcp de jolies décorations.
