Location: 9/10, very close to Malioboro, a++.
Breakfast: 8/10, quite varied, unfortunately, there's no egg corner, as is typical of a B3-rated hotel.
Room: 8/10, quite quiet and well-equipped with utilities. There was a slight downside, which I found problematic during check-in. My room card wouldn't work due to an error. Fortunately, there was a Hong Kong staff member on duty who immediately contacted the relevant staff, so I wasn't left stranded for too long.
All staff: 9/10, all implemented the 3S well, and the check-in/out process was quick. However, they were a little uninformative towards some customers (which is fatal if you judge customers based on personal assumptions) if the hotel included a restaurant, lounge, and rooftop swimming pool.
Building: 9/10, strategically located, very close to Malioboro and typical Jogja food stalls. The building is spacious, the room was spacious enough for me, even with a toddler, and ample parking for a motorcycle. Thank you and hopefully in the future this can be an evaluation for better service.
