The room didn't have a fan or air conditioning, which should have been mentioned when booking so they could have upgraded. The bed needed replacing; it was no longer comfortable.

The location of the room is far away from the parking place, and the restaurant should put more effort into finding it.

For the first time here, I was truly amazed by the view of Lake Toba from this hotel. Guaranteed from any angle you look at it, you will definitely not get bored, especially if you get a room that is brought in front of Lake Toba. There are facilities for activities too, such as canoes, jet skis, speedboats, banana boats. Guaranteed comfort for your stay here. Close to the harbor too. The security is friendly like BCA bank. Overall, I recommend this hotel for you, even though it is old, but I like the location and atmosphere. The only drawback is the breakfast, but overall it is good, the coffee is really good.

What is clear is that everything is great 👌 the food and the atmosphere are pleasant.

Access to the deluxe rooms is extremely difficult, as they require a fairly steep staircase, about 60 steps, and cars can't get close. Considering the price we paid, it's a no-brainer... We were assisted by the staff with our luggage. If you want comfort, choose the cottage.

The coolest hotel with a stunning view of Lake Toba from every angle. The food needs to be more varied for kids... Overall, the hotel is simply the best... I'll definitely be staying here again 😍

Even though it's an old hotel, the rooms are still comfortable, the room and hotel facilities are complete. There's a swimming pool with a beautiful lake view. There's a balcony with a lake view. The service is very good. The breakfast is delicious and varied too. It's suitable for holidays and staycations.

The location of the hotel and the swimming pool are very good, however the condition of the rooms is not good and not all rooms have air conditioning.

Water heater didn’t work, the staff ask me to wait around 30 minutes and the water still not hot… the room is not soundproof… so we can hear the dog howling whole night… the swimming pool access is until 11 am and they close the pool until 2 pm

The location is very good, the view is directly to Lake Toba

The mattress needs upgrading, the bathroom needs repairing, and an exhaust fan added. The exhaust fan in the room is noisy.
