The room is okay, very spacious, a small prayer room. Complete with all the necessary things. The air conditioner is cold. The location is okay, you can walk to Surya Sabah. Parking is difficult. I have stayed at this hotel twice..

Because of a sudden plan to go to Kota Kinabalu, I suddenly chose to stay here, the staff's service is very good, the rooms are legendary. But still satisfying. Despite the difficulty in parking, but after some time it was possible. The location of the hotel is next to mall Suria Sabah, as well as other places to eat. Will come again.

This is my favourite hotel to stay in KK. Their staff is all very friendly and professional in helping me in checking-in and out, waiting for Grab, holding the door, etc. It is also convenient just few steps across the road from Suria Sabah Shopping Mall. I used to stay at hotels near Imago, but now I prefer GCH and Suria Sabah. I will definitely come again!

Aircond is not cold all the time. From the beginning of check in until the next day when you check out. There is no air conditioning service. At 1pm it's ok, after that it's 4.30pm it's ok. After that until tomorrow it's hot in the room.

Clean hotel and very reasonable price.

The facilities in the room is very old and not well maintained. The wire of the tv gt sounds and luckily I have discovered it and ask the mechanics to fix it. No toiletries provided in the room, no shampoo, shower gel etc.

I chose this hotel due to it's close to anywhere. Strategic location.

My room is overlooking the sea. Nice view. Spacious room. Breakfast was delicious. Many options. Close to the mall and just a walk to the Filipino market and eat seafood. Close to city and airport. The only downside of this hotel is that it offers guests free parking. Rm15 / day for hotel guests is not really worth it. Hotels need to provide free parking like other hotels to make it easier for guests to park their cars. Thank you.

The prime asset for the hotel was it location.. just beside Suria Sabah shopping centre as well as beside wisma Merdeka.. Gaya sunday market, Todak waterfront, Philippines market, Central market, Fish market, Jesselton jetty is within walking distance from hotel. Breakfast was tasty enough.. View from Restaurant can see Gaya island and sea in back.. The negative was short of parking.. extremely limited..
