Actually satisfied and like this hotel, but the location is a bit far from the MRT, so you have to take another bus, but you have to take the pedestrian crossing. So if you carry a suitcase, it's a shame. But the room is comfortable, clean and spacious. The bathroom has a shower, the toilet also has a bidet and doesn't float. Everything is ok except the location.

The hotel was nice and the room was spacious. It was quite a long walk to the centre but it was overall an enjoyable stay.

Big room. The price used to be more affordable. Now there is an increase.

Location strategic near to orchard road, staff friendly, room is quite big and good lighting, and clean.

Mình ở phòng gia đình, phòng rộng rãi thoáng, có cửa sổ view đẹp. Đồ dùng đầy đủ, tiện nghi. Thái độ phục vụ của nhân viên tốt. Tuy nhiên khách sạn ở xa các điểm phương tiện công cộng quá, muốn đi xe buýt phải đi bộ xa. Khách sạn không nằm ở khu vực trung tâm, xung quanh chỉ toàn khách sạn, không có địa điểm ăn uống hay mua sắm gì. Nói chung là đi lại khá bất tiện.

Not according to expectations, ordered a room with a balcony, was given no balcony.

We arrived very late and there are 4 of us 3 adults 1 children, and they gave us a complimentary upgrade to superior room. Thanks relc hotel.

The accommodation is perfect for family holiday. Located near the famous Orchard Road. Make more valuable. And really centered of the city. Beside the great services the RELC all staff provide. Great job. 👍🏻

Room size is large for the Deluxe Quad room type, clean all good. Recommended for group of 4. The only drawback is that it is far from public transportation, Orchard road 20 minutes walking, Stevens MRT station is also far away.

Clean hotel, friendly service, large rooms.

One of the staff at the front desk was unfriendly at the night when we checked in. Unfortunately forgot his name.

The restaurant staff didn't respond when we knock the restaurant door & treat differently with western tourist who stay at there.

There is no choice have a choice 😭.
