A small room that only 2 people can stay in is considered not very good. It's just a good location, next to the beach, but in the evening there are a lot of mosquitoes. You can't sit and admire the view in front of the room or drink and chill late at night, and you have to walk up and down the steep slope to enter the accommodation. It's not suitable. With drunk people from the pub falling head over heels, the restaurants here close early at 11:00 p.m.

Good:✅ price-compared to other accommodations for a nice sea view. ✅ pier/seaview. ✅ clean/and WiFi was manageable, also quiet for a good night ' s sleep. ✅ walking distance from the pier (although recommended to hire a bike) bad. ❌ customer service-staff were rude and not welcoming. A guest checked out and said thank you to the staff who was busy watching his phone 📱 and totally ignored him. All reception staff seemed unprofessional, which was opposite to the cleaning staff who were very nice.

This is the first time I go to Koh Samed and choose this Villa to stay! The amazing and refreshed feelings will come to you if you choose the room pier sea view, you can hear the sound of waves, cool air and enjoy tea at the table with couples or family. I recommend we gonna walk around 1 km to Ao Noi Na beach to swim because the beach is empty, blue clean water and white sand. The manager and receptions are good at English, friendly.
