The room is ok.. but the mattress seems like the hotel can change it for room 1312. It feels like a spring.. my body hurts from sleeping on a spring mattress.. thank you

Staff was very helpful & kind also.Although room condition a bit old because of the carpet & furniture but its not disturbing la.What disturbing is at late night a bit noisy because we can hear people(i hope)pulling chair and sometime people running.But overall its a nice place to stay.

The bed is not good.. it feels springy

Everything was fine. Just that we heard renovation knocking onto walls at around 2-4 AM. Don't know if it the real human work or otherwise 😶.

The hotel doing renovation so when I check in around 5 days quite noisy and not comfortable. But the toilet has upgraded already and more modern.

Bilik ok, selesa. Cuma ada certain fasiliti yang disediakan tidak maintain dengan baik. Contoh peti ais tak function, lock pintu tak function (bahayakan keselamatan), belakang cermin berkulat dan sistem drainage tak properly function (air bertakung, lambat turun). Dah jadi kolam dulu dan take time nak surut. Should enforce maintenance teams. yang lain ok.
