Friendly hotel staff, good service

very comfortable, clean hotel and also all the staff are friendly

The breakfast service is not optimal, if you want to eat in the morning the menu is always out of stock, we have to wait for the menu to be served, the restaurant should prepare before it runs out and has to be added again,

So far so good, but the surrounding garden area could be cleaned and rearranged a bit more.

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful.. The food at the hotel restaurant is delicious..😊

I really like the hotel staff who are very friendly in helping me when checking in.. from the outside it may look like an old building, but I stayed here quite comfortably, access to everywhere is close. next time I go to Pinang again, I must stay here

Nice hotel, clean, comfortable, quiet, delicious food

The challet room is ok for one night stay on short business trip to just rest, but cannot work at all from the room because there's no place to charge gadgets, all plugs are not Indonesian regular.

Old hotel but was OK, the room was pretty big with old furniture, and the television screen was not clear, so you can watch TV properly thanks.

The hotel building is an old model but with some renovations inside. Clean rooms, new and cold AC. The staff is very friendly, starting from the receptionist, CS, restaurant staff, basically everyone is friendly. The restaurant is big and clean, the food is simple but delicious. There are swimming pools for adults and children.

Stayed 2 nights for a family vacation, very memorable because of the friendly staff, the staff service was fast if there was a problem at that time because suddenly our room's electricity went out due to thunderstorms so we immediately asked the staff to help and they immediately moved quickly, the room was clean, the toilet was clean, the water heater was broken so the water remained neutral, the AC was on turbo, very cold, the restaurant food was also still standard, the taste was delicious according to our tongue, the children could also choose food according to their taste, the pool was clean, comfortable & safe. Recommended at an affordable price if you want to stay with a family with children who like to play water, you can take them to the Pelangi Hotel. It's a shame because I don't like taking photos so I can't give the original view. What's clear 👍.

Handuk berbulu, shower tidak kencang, bantal lepek banget, AC tidak bisa di stell, makan pagi kayak makanan orang penjara, hanya mie goreng, nasi, sama gorengan gak jelas. Kalo memang karena harga kamar promo makanan se buruk itu, harusnya gak usah kasih makan pagi sekalian! Jangan asal asal kasih makan pagi kayak bukan hotel bintang 3!

The spacious rooms with views of the swimming pool and gardens are very nice to enjoy.

Not bad for swimming, comfortable too.

The room environment is very scary and poorly maintained. There is a large banyan tree with long hanging parasites plus minimal lighting. I really didn't expect a room in this location to be recommended for a mother and toddler. At least ask first whether the guest is comfortable or not staying in the room. All night restless sleep. Holidays are not a pleasant atmosphere.

Clean rooms, good staff, good service. What could be improved is perhaps the quality of the breakfast.
