Okay, it was a very comfortable place to rest from Bandung while in Bekasi. Unfortunately, when I wanted to check in, it was sweltering during the day, but I couldn't. I was asked to wait even though it was already a little before 2 p.m., claiming the non-smoking area wasn't ready yet. I brought my kids, wanting to rest immediately, so I went to the nearest mall, which only made me more tired. The next morning, when I wanted breakfast, it was 5:30 a.m., my kids left for school after dawn to avoid getting stuck in traffic. I asked the security guard at reception at 6 a.m., but I was only able to have breakfast, even though for school kids, just milk and bread would suffice. Instead of being late, I ended up using Go-Jek.

All staff are friendly ... only during breakfast there is only 1 staff in the restaurant so it takes a while to ask for an omelette to be cooked or to clean an unused table or to refill food. there must be at least 2 people . standby. food is OK. Thank you the room is OK..if possible replace the bed because it is thin. the noise from the street is understandable but if a soundproofing is installed it would be better so you can rest.
