Awesome Everything's great But your breakfast wasn't great.

The room was small and gloomy. It seemed poorly maintained, and the check-in response was very slow. The food was very poor.

Clean rooms, friendly service, varied food, location close to necessary facilities

Okay, it was a very comfortable place to rest from Bandung while in Bekasi. Unfortunately, when I wanted to check in, it was sweltering during the day, but I couldn't. I was asked to wait even though it was already a little before 2 p.m., claiming the non-smoking area wasn't ready yet. I brought my kids, wanting to rest immediately, so I went to the nearest mall, which only made me more tired. The next morning, when I wanted breakfast, it was 5:30 a.m., my kids left for school after dawn to avoid getting stuck in traffic. I asked the security guard at reception at 6 a.m., but I was only able to have breakfast, even though for school kids, just milk and bread would suffice. Instead of being late, I ended up using Go-Jek.

The room was so clean, it's located near the Bekasi Barat exit toll and very strategic.

There were some of our items left behind and we contacted them again, the staff was very helpful, hopefully in the future if there are any items left behind, please contact the room owner directly, the hotel also has our data, right, don't wait for the guest to contact first before checking. Hopefully in the future it will be better

All staff are friendly ... only during breakfast there is only 1 staff in the restaurant so it takes a while to ask for an omelette to be cooked or to clean an unused table or to refill food. there must be at least 2 people . standby. food is OK. Thank you the room is OK..if possible replace the bed because it is thin. the noise from the street is understandable but if a soundproofing is installed it would be better so you can rest. TV and Internet are not OK. can't be fixed anymore. Hopefully next time I can come back with better conditions. Btw this is my 2nd stay at Amaris. because it is close to Hermina Hospital.

10 days I spent the night feeling like I was at home?

Booking via Traveloka, well served at Amaris Hotel Bekasi Barat. Got room 607, everything was good, only there was a puddle of water on the toilet floor. Maybe because the slope of the floor does not point to the drain. The selector valve for the shower and the bottom tap is not functioning properly

At breakfast, the food is delicious and varied, the service from the staff is also very good.

room reservations are available according to orders via traveloka. room cleanliness is maintained. furniture is all in good condition. all staff are very friendly. affordable prices. the location is quite strategic.

Security was not seen on standby, welcoming guests.
