the hotel is clean and the staffs are very friendly and helpful. location is next to a new shopping mall with lots of food eateries around. good Chinese food too.

The place is cozy and clean. They provide hot water supply so it's so easy to get warm milk for my toddler. Honest staff. My husband left his money near the fish pond. He return back. My husband just ask the staff to take it as he deserve it for his honesty.

Better find another hotel. Scary.

The location is good, right outside the main street and calm. The staff is very nice and helpful. But the rooms are all freezing, there is nothing to put your things except a dingy and unstable coathanger. The bathroom had a leak, it was a bit dirty and moldy. Need to scrub the tiles!

Good. Cheap hotel but it's very convenience for me. The bathroom very clean. No air-cond but feels cold. The staff didn't give me late check out but I keep my luggage at reception and they provide me towels and another toilet which is very clean and comfortable for me. Thank you for all the staff there. Those with high expectation, do not come here. Because the concept of this guest house is leisure and fun, another thing not suitable to bring your toddlers.

The hotel is located in a nice location and the staff are friendly but in terms of dishwasher as there is no thermos or kettle in each room, which makes it difficult for us to make hot water or milk for children (where there are children). We hope the management solves this problem.

The staffs were friendly yet I find the room was not really clean. The bed was old and dirty. I couldn’t lock the window. There was no bottle water to drink and the towel was yellowish.

This hotel is a good budget hotel for you to stay at Cameron Highland! Very good environment to stay there. Recommended this place for others to stay!!

Staying in the fully equipped twin pines guesthouse in the floral and neatly furnished façade is a budget hotel, temporarily with cheap room rates and ideal for travelers who want a low budget.
