Recommended, if you go to Tawau, stay here again

Walking distance to Tawau City Mosque

This hotel will be my choice when I go to Tawau. I have stayed at this hotel twice. The room is spacious, the AC is cold.

Staff was helpful. The cleanliness can be improved. Location wise. Affordable price.

The hotel is very comfortable, the room is also spacious enough for the two of us. There is an elevator, so no need to lift suitcases.

the toilet not as clean as expected. the toilet door wasn't in good condition.

Tandas tidak dibersihkan, diharap pihak hotel dapat bersihkan tandas dengan sebaiknya. Gambar yang ditunjukkan tak sama macm dalam keadaan bilik sebenar.

very bad experience I have feel when staying at this hotel.i want to watching a television but no coverage since my check in till check out time (24 hours). when I asking hotel reception they told that maintenance team don't have a time to solve the problem.air condition also not cold as temperature stated at remote control..16° feels like 25° in my room.

Room just renovated and worth the price. Toilet need to been repair.

Staff service is ok. The room is ok too, just the mattress is too tired, not even sleepy and the bed is pretty comfortable. And the most important thing is that the tv is ok for the pain of the eyes. Dusty, airconds are not cold, food is fine.
