A gem in Puglia, which could be much improved. Good reception. Room a bit outdated and with uncomfortable pillows. The rest was good. Very good and varied breakfast in a beautiful and charming setting. The rooftop is incredible. The best view of Ostuni. It was closed and we opened our own wine. It was an incredible sunset. Nearby parking included and only a 5-minute walk from the historic center. I really enjoyed the stay although the hotel was a bit outdated.

My wife and I arrived at the hotel at 10:40 PM, exhausted after an incredible day exploring caves and beautiful beaches along the coast. Considering that this accommodation costs nearly €160 per night, we expected a completely different level of hospitality. We travel internationally three to four times a year, often for extended periods, and we have never been treated so poorly. From the moment we arrived, we felt more like intruders than welcomed guests. The way we were looked at and spoken to was simply unacceptable. The staff showed a complete lack of courtesy, professionalism, and basic hospitality. Their attitude was extremely rude, unfriendly, and disrespectful. If you’re looking for a great experience in Italy, do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from this place.

This hotel was very nice and it exceeded our expectations! Perfect place to stay and park the car. We walked to the main piazza in less than 10 minutes. Breakfast was also exceptional. I would definitely stay here again. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Great location just outside the city center, excellent service, very secure parking with standard electric charging (no app needed). Breakfast a little worn.

The place is conveniently located within walking distance from city center, yet outside of the historical walls so it has space for parking. The room assigned to us made us wonder how did the hotel ever got 4 stars. It was literally so small that we couldn’t unpack both suitcases at the same time. Even worse, it was located next to busy main road with garbage pick up at 5am. The person at front desk wasn’t very friendly and didn’t provide any information (we had to learn about the roof top bar from other guests) but it wouldn’t bother us had the room been adequate to the price.
