The staff was excellent

Durantw mi estadia las atenciones y el.personal fueron excelentes, excepto por un incidente en el que alguien se apropio de algunas pertenencias mias, ellos realizaron la investigacion y sancionaron a la peraona segun lo que me explicaban en las conversaciones, me dijeron que se comunicarian conmigo para reponerme mis pertenencias pero han dejadonde reaponderme y nadie se a hecho responsable

Place is nice and needs to be fully renovated room wise. Staff were pleasant.

The Hotel conditions are bit deplorable it’s situated in a busy street with repair shops across the street it’s very noisy the area used to be nice many years ago didn’t feel safe across in the corner there’s a store with loud music and drinking at night a don’t recommend TV or elevator we’re not working food at restaurant was ok

Hotel is promoting pool and gym but both were under renovation. Toilet wouldn't flush, shower head dirty and clogged and the water was cold.

Perfect hotel to sleep

La peor experiencia de mi vida. El hotel es capota y pintura, muy limpio y bonito tipo antiguo. Pero lo tiene que derrumbar y volverlo a construir. No hay agua caliente del piso 4 hacia arriba, las cajas de seguridad en algunas habitaciones no sirven. Me tuvieron que cambiar de habitación por que el aire no funcionaba. Eso si tengo que aceptar que el personal es muy amable y atento es lo único bueno que tiene ese hotel. Mi recomendación No te quedes ahí solo por Ahórrate un par de pesos por que te dañara las vacaciones

I went during carnival it was great the parade past in front of the property got to see the parade from the balcony. The staff was friendly hotel room was a great size would go back again.

The stuff was very nice. The property is too old and need a lot of maintenance very quickly

The pool is shut down. Breakfast did not taste good, limited offerings. Front desk was nice. Area is all mechanic shops nothing nearby that we needed. Doesnt look like the photots. An hour from the beach. Not a nice part of the city.

Right now the hotel is doing reconstruction on the swimming pool. That won't be available for a little bit but they're probably designing it to be way better than it was before and it was good before.
