There was a mix up with the room but the staff was great and got me a room comparable to the room I had booked

There were way too many problems due to their invompetence. Each time there was a problem that they created, I would be interrupted multiple times so they could fix their mistakes.

I ask for one king bed, i found 1 is correct , but was one more bed , i dont know why, was very unconfortable the tv , i have to move when i walking around the room , also no to many chanel only basic ,

I choose a room it have bathtub but when I checked in, it didn’t have. I just wanna a good bath in here.

I stayed at the Allpa Hotel for two nights while I was in Lima. I was very pleased with the room's comfort, and the breakfast was great. I stayed at another hotel with a/c issuse, so I was glad to find that the air conditioner worked well in this room. The location is also ideal. It's within walking distance to Miraflores.

We stayed here for 4 nights and thought it was brilliant value for money. The rooms are very spacious, clean and comfortable. Great shower. Breakfast is ok. The staff are polite. The location is spot on!

Great location, great room, the bathroom was the problem, the faucet was not adequate for the sink, shaving is a nightmare. Also seems like the designer was not thinking about using the toilet, the paper is unreachable, except if you are 6'5". Some repairings are in order. The WiFi worked only the first couple of hours, then failed for the rest of the weekend. Breakfast is very good, repetitive as usual.

Room was very comfortable, the AC worked perfectly and it was quite. Perfect for a good rest.

Great location, comfortable clean rooms, courteous staff, good breakfast, walking distance to many Lima main attractions and restaurants. I had a problem with my flight and was unable to arrive for the first night. I called them to inform them we will arrive a day late and they refused to offer me any type of discount for the first night. Rooms are cleaned only before noon. My room was not clean one day because I stay in it pass noon even though I informed the main desk. We needed an iron and were told they do not provide it. In general we had a good stay. Guest service could be improved.

Great breakfast. A good base for visiting Lima. Helpful with information and solicitous staff. Walking distance to coast. Safe area.

Centrally placed so that it's easy to walk about the area. Good room, nice staff very comfortable stay.

Hotel is in great location in Miraflores. Within walking distance to Kennedy park where you can take tour buses for Lima attractions, walking distance to larcomar for shopping and coastline, surquillo mercado. Panchita...a great Peruvian restaurant is across the street...must try. Service is good... Staff are polite and courteous they help out with whatever you need. However room condition is not good the whole time it smelt musty like a old damp towel. It was not pleasant, but since we checked in late night after a long flight we did not bother complaining. Also we were going to check out in the morning... So decided to focus on getting some sleep. Another issue- the price listed in hotel details for taxi from airport is half of what you will end up paying per person. Better to take authorized Green Taxi company from airport where you pay company and not the driver. Free Breakfast is OK. Free Wi-Fi works but is slow.

Very disappointed that we spent our last night on vacation at this hotel. We had mostly stayed at less expensive hotels/hostel type places up to this hotel and we were thinking that on the last night we should spend a bit more and stay at a nicer place. While the hotel appeared nice, the room was large and spacious and had two full walls of windows, it wasn't nearly as nice as first impressions seemed. The WiFi quit working while we were there and many calls to the front desk proved unsuccessful at getting it back up and running. Then, the power outlets in the room all quit working - no way to charge our cell phones, etc, no TV. This wasn't fixed until the next morning - 30 minutes before check-out. Again, it took several calls to the front desk to resolve this issue. Finally, and the biggest issue was that the hotel was incredibly noisy. The big walls with windows were nice for aesthetics; but they did little to nothing to keep the noise from the busy street below out. Also, it sounded like there was construction going on in the hallways or something - loud banging and clanking sounds until after midnight; which isn't exactly how we wanted to prep for the next day's return trip home. I do not recommend staying here.
