Habitación espaciosa, cama cómoda, bien temperada, excelente ubicación, sin horario restringido de entrada y salida. Desayuno rico.

This property is centrally located, with an easy 5 minute walk to the Plaza de Aramas of Las Serena. We arrived very late and without a reservation; however, we were treated well and got 2 nice rooms as requested. The underground locked parking was also quickly opened for us to speed the check in process. Very nice free and complete breakfast buffet, with no add-on items at extra cost. The only fault were the tub/shower combos in both rooms. The glass partition for the shower is not large enough, and when using the shower water goes all over the floor. The front desk was very quick to respond though, cleaning the floors and providing all new towels.

Ok, plain but friendly staff and helpful. No water last day was a pain.

The Costa Real is quite down at the heels. The lobby is pleasant enough and the staff very accommodating. But the place is in sore need of a sprucing up. By the way, there was no air conditioning in my room. With the window open, I was hardly lulled to sleep by the noise of the street below.

Personal muy cordial, se nota la limpieza, las paredes de las habitaciones son muy delgadas y despertamos porque la gente de limpieza estaba trabajando en las habitaciones contiguas

Opción promedio dada ubicacion

Hotel muy bonito, cómodo y bien ubicado, un poco alejado de la playa sin embargo se puede llegar caminando a esta. Detrás está el Jardín Japones, también se llega caminando al centro y al terminal de buses. El desayuno es muy bueno y variado, el personal bastante amable. Lo único es que las habitaciones no tienen aire acondicionado, solo un ventilador que no da mucho aire y en verano es insuficiente. Si piensan ir con auto el estacionamiento es pequeño

La ventana de la habitación no se pudo abrir, la cortina metálica de protección.

Camas comodas, ubicacion cerca del centro pero lejos de la playa. Todo limpio y el personal muy amable. Lo unico que no nos gusto fue que en la ducha se salia mucho el agua y el ruido desde la calle, pero el resto todo bien.
